“The Fresh Chile Company is a taste of home. I grew up in NM, but have been living in the PNW for many years. This time of year, I get so homesick for a hearty bowl of posole and other tasty chile dishes. FCC to the rescue! Fresh hatch chile and chile products. I could practically see the dirt hills, smell the sagebrush, and feel the crisp dry winter air when slurping my first big spoon of posole this winter. We will be regular customers of FCC now. Excellent service. Superior products. THANK YOU for a taste of home!”

“I couldn't be happier with the order I received from The Fresh Chile Company. The depth of flavor in the three sauces I bought was very impressive and delicious. I'll be buying more. On the spiciness level: I ordered medium and I would say they're pretty spicy for medium so be aware of that. On my 1-10 heat scale, about a 7.”
