“I rarely give 5 stars but their products are incredible and addictive, and, customer service very good. They are very transparent with whole process, and communicate often w us. Including taking us in to their beautiful home. They also have a recipe page to share stuff on. 98% people very nice and caring. It's very refreshing 😍😁❤️🌶️🍷”

“I can honestly say that every one of the products I have bought from The Fresh Chile Company have been wonderful! I especially LOVE the Red&Green, Papa’s, Mamma’s and the Roasted Red Hatch Chile salsas - they are the best salsas I have ever bought! The Pure Hatch Green Sauce is also excellent and I love to mix it with white pepper gravy to pour over fried chicken and mashed potatoes!”

“I saw your recipe for the green chili stew and wanted to try it so I ordered 4 jars of green chilis and 3 bottles of pozole seasoning. The stew turned out absolutely amazing. I made it with potato's and it was so good I used the juice and leftovers on me breakfast tacos the next day. I use these chili's on anything I can now and will definitely be reordering. I can't wait to try the Pozole recipe!!! The delivery window was a little long but that may just be due to my impatience. It was worth the wait. Thanks”

“I have made at least 3 purchases from The Fresh Chili Company. We love this product! Buy some you won’t be upset AT ALL! I make a Green Chili and now I don’t have to wait for the Chili’s to come back it stock, then roast them, peel them, chop them. I just dump them in a pot and go on to the next ingredient. They are every bit as good as if I did them myself, fresh.”

“The Fresh Chile Company is a taste of home. I grew up in NM, but have been living in the PNW for many years. This time of year, I get so homesick for a hearty bowl of posole and other tasty chile dishes. FCC to the rescue! Fresh hatch chile and chile products. I could practically see the dirt hills, smell the sagebrush, and feel the crisp dry winter air when slurping my first big spoon of posole this winter. We will be regular customers of FCC now. Excellent service. Superior products. THANK YOU for a taste of home!”
