“We just received our second order from them within a month this time we got six jars of the Green Chile. It is simply an excellent product and we have now tried all of the ones that they bottle. We like them all but our personal favorite is the green chile only because we can make green chile pork and chicken enchiladas each week. The product is packaged in an excellent way that guarantees nothing will be broke and Sarah in customer service on the phone is super friendly to deal with whether placing an order for following up on one already placed. We have gotten a friend hooked on this also and I understand he just ordered a dozen jars this week for himself.”

“Unfortunately our annual trip to New Mexico may not happen due to the COVID-19 situation. Fortunately for us The Fresh Chile Co. ships. Just went through a jar of the green and another jar of the red green from our last order. We have a batch of fresh chiles on order.”

“It didn't look anything like it did in the video on face book. Looked terrible nasty. I could only bring myself to taste a little of the green chili, Nasty! Opened the red and green mix looked to bad to even taste it. Sent it home with my son in law and grandson. They threw it away it looked so awful. What a waste of 25 bucks with sales tax and shipping.”

“Orders are filled promptly, and product arrives with adequate packing to prevent breakage. ~~~ I first bought the regular Red sauces, last year before Christmas, because I have a sister who had worked, off and on, out West, and LOVED Hatch chilies, but we couldn't get decent product in Florida. I think we all were reasonably pleased with the regular Red - we bought all 4 heat levels to taste test. I bought several jars of the Red & Green, in medium and hot, this spring, and everyone RAVED about them, so I recently bought more , plus the new fire Roasted Red. We haven't opened it yet, but expect it to be AT LEAST AS GOOD as the Red & Green (though I wish it came in a medium - my taste buds aren't as happy with the hotter stuff!). I WILL BE ORDERING MORE, when this batch starts running low, and will CONTINUE to buy, as needed, as long as it is available, like until forever...”
