“I just tried to order fresh green chile, which I order every year from NM living in Colorado and I roasting my own. The cost of product was $130 and I expected a shipping cost of under $75, so I was stunned total went up to $650! Who would pay that much?? That is robbery and needs to be addressed, this is going on Yelp and anyplace I can review this insanity. Do not order from this site until they get real!!”

“Horrible, non authentic, bad advertising no free shipping! Got gift certificate for Christmas. Didn’t have the heart to tell her how skimpy and overpriced the products were. Red chile sauce tasted like red bell peppers, green dehydrated, flavor disappeared in caldo and dried hominy didn’t come with directions or how to portion. I was raised in the Mesilla Valley and know good authentic chili products. What a major disappointment!”

“I ordered on Jan. 1 and was supposed to get my order on Jan. 16th. On the 16th, I looked at the tracking information and saw the package had to be brought back to the supplier because part of the order broke (presumably one of the two jars). I made a review on Facebook, and for show, the company pretended to offer me a full refund and the jars. I thought that was amenable enough, but when I emailed the company, they said it was one or the other: get a reshipment OR the refund. Then, they blocked me on Facebook. Immature. I was always kind and patient with them in my emails until they refused offer any kind of help for my order taking forever.”

“Made a big order 12/3/24. Today is 1/14/25 and I have not received any part of my order. Customer service is practically nonexistent. Beware!!!!”

“Ordered 4 jars Dec 16th. Emailed and messaged several times no response until a week ago. Company said package was one of several that was lost by UPS.... that's funny, since it says on UPS that company created the label but never dropped off or had a package for UPS to pick up. Company says package has finally shipped, but still waiting...... and waiting and waiting. I regret buying from this company. I know it's a smaller company, but at least be truthful and if you can not fulfill the product, then refund my money, no questions asked or hard feelings!! I can only imagine what the package will look like let alone taste like by the time or if ever I recieve it!! Will not buy from them again. I recommend you don't either, judging by what happened to me and other reviews on this forum!!”

“Two orders of salsa. Said would be shipped in 24 to 48 hours. Never heard if one order had been processed. Finally was able to determine that label had not been printed which was 14 days after one of the salsa orders was made. 2 days later they finally shipped. After searching I was notified that salsa would be delivered which would be 27 days after order was submitted. Will see if that happens. The biggest holdup was processing to day it was actually shipped. I will not purchase again. Other vendors are available. I tried to contact them via email-that was a joke. Phone calls don’t work either. Made two order at same time. One was delivered after 7 day. Will wait and see if other is ever delivered.”

“Been waiting almost 3 weeks and still not notification of shipping. While we’ve enjoyed the products in the past, if they can’t deliver it timely manner they should not have web store. WARNING-don’t expect any orders in reasonable time.”

“Over priced, and average at best. Wrapped in some sort of paper not a traditional corn husk, had very little meat, and the masa was watery. Don’t waste your money.”

“Those in the the 96% that rate this chili with a 5 are either the company's family, friends, and associates or they have very low tolerance for spice. More than likely, they are visitors to the southwest and bought into the advertisement and promotion. I bought several jars of the "Pure Green" hot chile. I was hesitant, thinking that it may be too hot. I opened a jar this morning and mixed a teaspoon amount in my eggs. To my dismay, I tasted no heat. I sample the product direct from the jar and was completely disappointed. I am not exaggerating, sriracha sauce is easily 3 to 4 times hotter. Even the flavor of the hatch chile was disappointing. I then opened a jar of their salsa and again, I give it a 1 star. If you are going to label a product hot or grade the flavor, please have tasters who understand chile and peppers.”

“I brought tortillas. Warm one of when they were delivered ( delicious) BUT 3 day after receiving they were moldy. Also keep them in the refrigerator. Very disappointed”

“I have waited 11 days to receive my $200 order of frozen chili after receiving a bogus tracking #. It was ordered for a special bday celebration. I have left voice mails and emailed this company three times, only to learn they are out of chili and cannot fulfill my order. It would’ve been nice if they would’ve proactively reached out to me 11 days ago. It’s so frustrating to trust a company that does not answer their phones. Buyer Beware”
