“LOVE the product. I’ve gone through several jars of the Matador green. Their advertising is super; that’s what got me to finally order despite the high shipping costs. But they need to do a lot better at customer service. Shipping is SLOW (as in my last order wasn’t even processed until nearly two weeks after payment), and communication is poor.”

“Great commercials not so sure about customer service or the product. Was reluctant to by die to cost after shipping but kept getting sucked in by the commercials. Been 10 days since I ordered no shipping date yet. Still waiting”

“Will give them a three for now tried to buy it on there site and payment wouldn't go through tried several different ways called customer service no answer and no call back finally found the product on ebay so hopefully I will at least get to try if they ship it”

“I've bought probably 30 jars of green Chile, salsas, BBQ sauce and they are very good, but the last order of green chili and red and green chili had a lot of stems and chili skin in it? I was disappointed.”

“We usually purchase an Organic Salsa that we enjoy. However having past history with Hatch Chili’s in different formats I was looking forward to a salsa utilizing Hatch Chili’s. I expected a taste that leaned toward the Hatch Chili’s but this product did not provide that for me. It’s a good Salsa, just not enough Hatch influence for my taste.”

“Love your chilis. Will always purchase. But some I won't because they are not a good deal. Case in point: the frozen packs I got were more water than chili. Price per ounce was really hi. The freeze dried are nice but again too much per ounce. I think I'll just buy whole or dried in bulk which are a great deal. Sorry. I know its tough out there. Thanx”

“Last order delayed without notice...then ships via a notice....but never arrives....was never notified it actually never shipped until I sent message looking for order status....then order whips and arrives 8 days later.... Date of order to true arrival 3-5+ weeks.....? In the past ALL orders shipped within 3-5 days?”

“I was very much looking forward to the product but was quite underwhelmed. The green chili salsa seemed to lack any unique flavor. Maybe I got a bad batch. The rex salsa was equally as disappointing. I expected to taste some Regional flavors, a taste of the Southwest or something that made it unique. I was pretty disappointed in both product.”

“My red/green blend was probably 40% skin. It’s not enjoyable to have to pick all those tough pieces of skin out of my food. I probably won’t order again, I expect a higher quality product for what I paid.”
