“Bought the medium green and the mild red and green. Have only tried the mild so far and the taste is very good. The mild is much hotter than you’d expect. So for the average person if you typically like your heat about medium, the mild is that. I expect the medium is going to be quite hot.”

“We happily received our order of red sauce, red and green chile blend, and green chiles. The red sauce, while having a nice heat (hot style), didn't have quite the depth of flavor I was expecting, so a little disappointed in that (very little). The two jars of chiles however - WOW! Delicious flavors. It's only taken about five sittings to finish the jar of red and green chiles. Next up is the green chiles. Will definitely be reordering from these folks.”

“The jar of Pure Hatch Green Chile Medium was some of the best I ever had. The cost to ship it to me is outrageous and I will not buy more that way.”

“Best pecans I can find. Twice I got set up on an automatic recurring shipment I did not intend. That was annoying but they easily undid it.”

“All of the products taste great. The only thing I can say bad is you never really know what spice level you will actually get. Sometimes the mild is too hot for some people but for me the hot is too mild whereas the medium seems to be hotter than the hot so it is a roll of the dice at times, but they all do taste great”

“Customer service has always been great. I would like it to be easier to change and update the regular orders online. It is not user friendly to change an order or the frequency of shipments. The people that I have dealt with though have always been responsive and professional”

“I would normally say 5 star but lately I'm not enjoying it as much. The flavor is wonderful but we are constantly picking out blackened "skin" and a occasional stem.”
