“I live in North Carolina. I seen all the videos on Facebook of Randy saying the 575 red and green was so great. I ordered 2 jars of the red and when it came in, it was 575 green. I messaged customer service with a picture of the receipt and the jars of green. They responded to my message. They were very apologetic, and let me keep the 575 green and sent me the 575 red. Very professional! Needless to say, I had to try the 575 green on a burger, and it was awesome!! Very very satisfied all around. Not cheap getting to North Carolina, but I am a fan and customer for life. Rick”

“These chiles make great green chili with some browned pork, more garlic and then letting it simmer for an hour or so. I don't have to go through the brain damage of starting from scratch for some great green chili. I just placed my second order because I don't ever want to run out! I am so happy I found you because you saved me hours of cooking over a hot stove.”

“Wow… do I miss the Southwest flavors, until now! Moved away in the 90s to Ohio and really missed the green chili’s from my days living in Albuquerque. Years have gone by and finally decided to try ordering some Hatch Green Chili and found this company. Received our first 6-pack the other day and opened two jars so far…. Both were excellent and bursting with fresh flavors oh my! Thank you to this co for doing such a great job from the elaborate packaging that they all easily arrived to us safely and to the absolute best flavors we have tasted in years.”

“I love the product. Occasionally I can buy it at a local grocery store, however they don't carry it often enough. I came to order online until I read the reviews about receiving the product directly and I won't be buying until the reviews change.”

“I wrote a review about getting the wrong product shipped to me. I know that happens sometimes, so I completely understand. But I wrote that I emailed the issue and hadn't heard anything back in four days. Well, I was wrong, I found the email of correct product being shipped. This is just the second of many future orders from Fresh Chile. The Green Chile is absolutely awesome. I went through a jar pretty quick. I've ordered two more, plus a red and green Chile mix. 💯 recommend.”

“I haven't tried all their products, but the ones I have are fantastic. The flavor is noticeably richer than the other better-known Hatch brands I've used for years. My favorite so far is the Red and Green Blend. I grew up in NM and I live and breathe green chile, so I know of what I speak. The Fresh Chile Company is my only go-to source for the "real thing" in Hatch chile.”

“I reluctantly ordered the red & Green Chopped mild chile (I like to taste the chilies not the heat.) They took a week or 2 to come in, which I expected because this is coming from a small company in New Mexico. But, you always take such a chance on chilies because most of the claims are completely false. Not this company!!! This was the best purchase I've made in years. I ordered a 2-jar a month subscription. My 2 jars lasted about 3 days! These chopped chilies taste as close as you can get to fresh roasted peppers I've ever had. I upped my subscription to 6 jars a month and will probably change that to 10 once my family tastes this!!! We live in East Texas where it's next to impossible to get Green Chile let alone good red chilies. Thank you!”

“Awesome! I bought the red green machete mild. Love the flavor. We had leftover chicken so I made a sandwich. I usually don't like chicken sandwiches because they're dry, but I added your sauce and it kicked it into the stratosphere! Def going to buy more”

“The Chile I got wasn’t hot and they had stopped shipping after my order. I was really disappointed but they immediately refunded my money. A week later, I received a new shipment of chile at no charge. This company stands behind their sales and goes the extra mile to satisfy their customers.”

“Randy sent me some of the red chile corn tortillas and they were AMAZING! We made street tacos with them, using pulled pork carnita meat. The flavor of the tortilla was EXQUISITE, showing off a classic corn flavor combined with just the right amount of rich red chile flavor. What we loved most was the ever so slightly sweet flavor the red chile brought to it. Bravo! Randy, please make more. Way more!”

“Simply amazing. If you like chili and bbq, then you’ll love this. I ordered medium to try, it has a sweet kick to it, just ordered the hot! Big hit across the birder in Colorado. Friends tried it from out of town, it was a hit, I’m sure they’re customers already! Keep up the good work, all products, and quality are 5 star!”
