“Product arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The instructions available on the website were easy to follow. The results are consistently excellent. After 14 days i had to give away half of my grains as they were proliferating quickly.”

“Really glad I found Freshly Fermented here in the U.K. after recently moving from the States where I have been fermenting for years. I have been happy with the product quality, the packaging and the shipping. I've also been impressed with the range of selection and the easy to use pdfs for download. Will continue to use FF and recommend it to my friends.”

“I had previously thought of making my own sourdough starter but when I looked at Freshly Fermented organic white sourdough starter I changed my mind. I bought my white sourdough starter from Freshly Fermented due to it having a long history and traceability factor. I followed the instructions on the website to activate my starter which I have named “Betty” and made my first sourdough bread. I was so impressed with the starter and my bread was wonderful. I also bought the Caspian Sea yoghurt starter and successfully activated, I have been enjoying this yoghurt. I am very pleased with both of my starters and the clear instructions that are accessible on the website. I would definitely buy products from Freshly Fermented again.”

“Everything worked exactly as Instructed. Stirring the mixture every 6 hours proved to be a little difficult especially if you are away. Start off with the smallest amount of grains sufficient for one person. More if larger family.”

“Great company, would highly recommend purchasing any of your fermentation products from here! Quick delivery, great communication and the Kefir grains that I bought are now producing superior quality Kefir (much better than the shops!) on a daily basis for my family and me! Their online instruction manuals that you can print off are very clearly written and easy to understand too.”
