“The Kefir grains were delivered through the letterbox, with full clear instructions. The grains were lively and were soon producing very nice tasting, quite thick kefir. As well as drinking the kefir, I have also used a quantity when making scones which had a high rise and were as light as a feather. Thank you.”

“I'm very excited Today my yogurt maker arrived.Look al very nice. My house is cold so I do hope did works better Did order the Caucasian yogurt 3weeks ago it's a bit slimy. It sets nice and thick. We had some kevir 3years ago it's still going strong”

“Excellent products and company. I bought the milk kefir and the Caspian yoghurt starters. The yoghurt started gave me a few issues and they were quick to replace it with a new starter. Excellent customer services, the kefir is delicious and the Caspian yoghurt is so tasty. Have recommended it to my friends and colleagues. Well done and thank you. Anna”

“Overall happy with my lame, it looks great and is very handy to use. It is a little fiddly to fix the blade and it would have been nice to be able to somehow fold the blade away to store it safely. Apart from those points I recommend using this lame.”

“I firstly bought Kombucha ready bottled and tried it out for a couple of months. The bottles are 1/2 litres so have 1/2 of one of these bottles a day with breakfast. I was really impressed with the quality of the Kombucha and became convinced it was doing me a lot of good. I decided to make my own and bought a 5 litre Kilner Jar which has a tap on the bottom from my local CoOp and bought everything else needed from Freshly Fermented. I followed the instructions on the Freshly Fermented web site is and now enjoy my own Kombucha every day and it tastes the same as my previous bought bottles. Quality of everything bought from FF has been excellent. A couple of things to keep in mind are, if you start off buying bottles, keep the bottles, you will need them if you start making your own. FF recommend using filtered or bottled water. 5 litres of bottled water in my local supermarket costs £1.20. In our nearest Tesco's it costs £1.10. This is more than enough to last me 2 weeks.
