“Great product and excellent service. My Kefir grains arrived as promised and activated in 48 hours. Now producing gorgeous Kefir which we all drink every day. The quality of the Kefir seems much better than batches I made last year using another supplier of grains. Will definitely by future supplies from this site. Highly recommended.”

“I hadn't a clue what to do, other than I knew I wanted to give making kefir milk a go. I bought the grains, followed the instructions, which are dead simple..I make make it all the time. Love it. My IBS has all but gone.”

“Starter works but while the information explains how to maintain it by feeding and storing one needs to research and use trial and error to start baking without a Dutch oven. I have time but others may give up”

“Matsoni/Caspian sea yoghurt Is just fab. I use UHT milk full fat or semi which needs no boiling; just pour out from the fermented jar and top up. I usually have 3 jars on the go. I did freeze some to take to my partner in Greece and now the family is making it. Curiously, the grandmother's family originates from Sansum.”
