“The product arrived in a foil pouch, I decanted it into a kilner jar and fed as per the instructions. Used it to make bread and pizza dough, just sits in the fridge and is fed before use.”

“I ordered milk kefir granules. Product came promptly, and like the instructions said, it took about 10 days to get kefir that was not sour and thick. The kefir is so good and tasty, and the granules grow so quickly that I have to throw some away periodically! Many thanks Fermented Foods for this.”

“I really like this company! First off the website is brilliant and contains information on everything you could possibly want to know about home fermenting for non-alcoholic drinks. Secondly they can provide all the kit you need to get started with easy to follow instructions. Thirdly the telephone support is great! I have no experience with other UK companies in this space but I feel no temptation to even try them out. Thanks FreshlyFermented! I'm just about to bottle my first brew!”
