“I got some milk kefir grains and Hampshire sourdough starter. They both worked wonderfully. I fed my kefir grains with full fat goat milk and in just 3 weeks I had so many grains I could give them to family and friends. Home made milk kefir tastes so much better that the one in the shops. And works wonderfully for my IBS symptoms. Regarding the sourdough, it was my first experience with it. I baked a delicious pizza and an amazing ciabatta bread (it looked and tasted like the bakery one). I am very happy with freshly fermented and will surely buy from them again and suggest it to my friends.”

“The product order #25614 didn't work so I emailed on 28 August asking for advice. Unfortunately the reply did not make it through to me. After my initial review Freshly Fermented contacted me & I was offered a replacement or refund, which I accepted.”

“My products arrived swiftly and carefully packaged, just enough to protect them and go through the letterbox. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. We have already enjoyed bread using the sourdough starter and now I have started the filmjolk. I had some initial problems to get the filmjolk started due to the cooler weather but was quickly reassured via email and given further info. Brilliant!!!!”

“This is the best buttermilk one can make at home. Absolute same as traditional buttermilk in taste. Much better than any branded product in supermarket shelves. I bought one batch two months back, and have been making the buttermilk at home every 4th day using the full cream milk. Every time the same good result. So buying one batch means an infinite supply of buttermilk until or unless I forget to keep some portion aside and consume the whole thing. In that case I will have to order a new batch.”
