Feeding the starter is easy, really clear instructions more then happy to recommend will be purchasing more in the future”

“I've been interested in fermenting, in particular kombucha and kefir, for a while now and I was very pleased when I found this company online. “My experience is with the Bulgarian yoghurt starter. This is the first starter I have bought, the delivery time was really quick, the packing was excellent, instructions were thorough. I used UHT Long-life whole milk, brought up to 45C, stirred in the starter and then poured into a 1L thermos flask. I left it to set for 24hrs, I could have shortened that but I wanted it to fit my timetable. I then poured it into a glass jar and chilled it in the fridge. It is delicious, that doesn't do it justice, it's really, really delicious.”
