“Brilliant experience: all the way from the web site through to my first ever sourdough loaf using the starter primed with the culture purchased. I have kept the culture going by feeding in between refrigeration. If\when I move on to other classes of bread I'll definitely be back.”

“Website made it easy to order and understand what to buy. It was reassuring to be able to download instructions prior to arrival of grains so I was ready to start when they arrived. Very efficient service and grain were well (but not over) packaged. Kefir is working well and in a short space of time I have been able to start consuming it. Thank you for making this process easy.”
