“Product arrived two days after the "must be used by date". I appreciate that deliveries to some areas are problematic during Covid, but not in the South East where I live - I receive next day deliveries from others almost every day.”

“I can only recommend their milk kefir grains. They arrived with the delay but it must have been caused by the current situation which they cannot be blamed for. It’s a brand new experience to make your own kefir and I love it!! Thank you”

“I am impressed with the quality of the culture and the results are amazing. The yogurt has a nice creamy texture and the flavour is mildly sour-tasting, which reminds me the home made yogurt my mother used to make when I was a kid. Definitely I will buy it again.”

“Good sourdough starters and excellent online guides. Nice range of flours for all types of bread making. Struggled to meet demand during Covid 19, understandably, but they kept me informed and delays were clearly visible at the time of my order, so can't complain.”
