“Using this product was my first experience of kefir and I am delighted with how easy it is to ferment the grains and with the taste and texture. I'm now a convert. The grains arrived when stated and in good condition. The instructions were easy to follow as is the care of them and I'm happy to say they are growing quite happily. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to ferment their own kefir.”

“Ordered both heritage yogurt culture & kefir grains. Goods arrived on time & yogurt culture produced good yogurt immediately although still not as thick as I would like for Greek yogurt. Will strain the next batch. Kefir grains got off to a slow star as I had to activate them twice & my results are still pretty random. I had never had kefir before so not sure exactly what it should be like. I have produced 1 good batch & several over fermented as it can go from being not quite ready to split in a couple of hours.”
