“It took me a bit longer to reactivate the culture than I expected but after a couple of extra cycles the product is reliable and tasty.”

“Fab product (kombucha starter pack) but it came with no instructions/recipe, it was a gift and the person I gave it to had to Google how to make it which isn't a big deal but it would be good to get an idea on how to make kombucha in the pack :)”

“Recommended mail order for sourdough and kombucha ingredients I have bought flour, sourdough starter, kombucha scoby, jun scoby, various teas and honey. All works well as do their recipes (both for the no knead sourdough and the San Francisco sourdough). Delivery is fast and reliable, quality is excellent and I will be ordering more in the future. Highly recommended”

“purchased to replace some i managed to kill off after about 6 years. it has been a few months since my purchase and everything is working great. delivery was good and well packed. there are instruction for first time users. i would gladly recommend Freshly Fermented for anyone wanting to purchase quality Kefir.”

“Very happy with the product. The accompanying info sheets were vague and over wordy. Bullet points could help. They stopped short of the ongoing development, such as how much growth of the kefir grains do you need before you start dividing/discarding some of them. But the product is great!”
