“Milk kefir grains. Well packaged, excellent instructions on the website and a very good result once the grains were activated. I could only give it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the delay in processing and delivery but I understand that this was a period of unprecedented demand and that this would not be the case under normal circumstances.”

“I'm hugely impressed with the products I received and the service I've received from Freshly Fermented. This was my first set of purchases from the company and I was delighted that they were able to efficiently process my order despite the obvious difficulties they've needed to overcome during the Covid-19 lockdown. The Kefir, Ginger Bug and Sourdough starter have all proved very productive and of the highest quality. The owner was also very responsive to a query I had despite the pressures he must be operating under. I will certainly be adopting them as my 'Go to' provider.”

“My water kefir starter arrived in reasonable time given the difficulties Covid-19 is creating. It was as described, well packaged and the online downloadable instructions cover all I need to know to get started and keep going. We're enjoying our kefir very much!”

“I purchased the San Fran starter and it didn't disappoint. Really lovely taste, not too acidic that produces lovely loaves. Chad (I've named the levain that) is happily living in the fridge, always ready for sourdough adventures. Service is great from Greatly Fermented - well packed and swift posting.
