“I ordered two starter kits, ginger bug and kombucha. The strainer and funnels were doubled up, it seemed a bit wasteful. Also I had to print the instructions from the website. It would be better if they had been 8n with the kit. Otherwise all ok. Thanks for the reply, perhaps an option or guidance on doubling up on kit might be a help. Regarding the instructions, they are a bit ambiguous on the website. I would suggest a 're write.”

“I ordered milk kefir grains and they were delivered the next day. The grains make lovely and tasty kefir straight away. The company was also very quick to reply/react to my email as I had some questions. Happy customer!”

“Kefir - great product we brought for our cavapoo which we freeze into ice cubes. Was on hand if we got stuck but instructions easy to follow...just be patient, good things come to those who wait.. thanks”

“Yes came very quickly, good Kerfir , only problem for me came on holiday forgot to take it from fridge . In Spain good Kerfir in supermarket , thank goodness.”

“The package was received on the time that it was due and was perfectly packed. The Keftir grains were alive and I have been having fun with them for over a couple of months. I would recommend this company as they are totally realiable.”
