“Arrived promptly, well packaged. Sourdough starter excellent. I've already made a great loaf. Have yet to make Kefir and kombucha but no reason to doubt the quality of any of the products. Will definitely order from Fermented Foods again”

“I had planned to start my cultures again but had a trip planned so ordered just when the crazy COVID19 panic started and the service was amazing!! Both my milk and water kefir and doing great and just baked my first loaf of San Francisco sourdough!! Thank you for your excellent products and customer service , specially in this tough times!”

“I followed the simple instructions on the packet to activate the starter and had no problems. I looked online for recipes many of which seemed very complicated. I chose a Paul Hollywood recipe which looked easy, it worked. I have found leaving the loaf to rise overnight in an unheated room gives a much better result. I may have to try the fridge when the weather heats up. Am now trying other recipes.”
