“The Vinegar mothers Could of had an extra day on the Activate by date as it was a day over when we received them. But that may have been a postal issue and not a company one. But other than that customer service was great and they were very helpful”

“Great service, asked for out of hours advice a couple of times which was quickly responded to. Product was delivered quickly. I have now made many water kefir drinks with the grains and they have since grown rapidly. I also bought the Caspian Sea yogurt starter and made yogurt easily, no fuss. I recommend this seller and the products.”

“The order first took a long time to arrive. It does state that on the website but I do think that a sourdough starter should be delivered quicker to be able to be activated. I then followed the instructions on the website, only for the starter to not activate. I would not buy from them again!”

“I ordered the milk kefir grains and opted for a within 3 days delivery service. The grains came next day in my letter box, nicely in a secure packaging. Excellent service. The grains were excellent and I was able to produce kefir milk in 4-5 days time, to the texture that I like, ie yogurt drink consistency. The first 1-2 days was more watery, but it started to produce slightly thicker kefir on third day onwards.”
