“Sourdough starters arrived in perfect little pouches and kept in fridge for a few days. I thought the starter had gone a bit “flat” but as soon as I activated it it bubbled to life ! It has lots of life in it and is fantastic- a real quality product that I am delighted with. I would definitely buy again. Thank you for such a wonderful product.”

“This is the second time I have bought from freshly fermented. Even during these chaotic times of the Corona bug, the delivery was really quick. I have now got the milk Kefir and kombucha working. I contacted freshly fermented by email to ask a question and received a response within 24 hours. Fantastic customer service and products. I have already recommended them to my friends.”

“A great service! My grains arrived promptly and a little sooner than I expected. They were in great condition and were set to work immediately. I have actually make contact for some post sales advice which I regret to say I made in the evening. I obviously wasn’t expecting to hear back at the time but I went on to exchange some messages with a very helpful person who offered some great tips. I can’t fault the service!”

“The scoby is fantastic, very healthy and a good size. Made our first batch of kombucha and it tastes great. Waiting for it to carbonate and then we're all set. The scoby is already growing, too. Freshly Fermented is a fabulous company, I've been using their kefir for several months now and it's delicious, the best I've tasted. Highly recommended!”
