Hi there! I'm so sorry that the delivery speed wasn't as fast as you had hoped for! We usually have great feedback on how fast our delivery is, so to allow me to investigate a little more, can you try and recall on which day you received your order? I can see your order was placed on a Sunday, so this would have been despatched on Monday, so you should have received this on Wednesday (48hrs from despatch). Hopefully I can find out what went wrong here! :)

“The products arrived as stated, however I was accidentally sent the wrong item. Contacting the seller was easy and the response was prompt and I was reassured it was simply an uncommon human error- I was sent my correct item soon after. Customer service was amazing, as was the products :)”

“ordering and delivery all fine. the conditioner cubes themselves are taking a while to get used to. they don't break down fully into a paste. the crumbs also stick to my bath and hard to remove. my dry hair doesn't feel particuarly nourished. i won't waste them, but i will look at other eco friendly alternatives”
