“They did not deliver what was ordered. The flowers were dead before Mother's Day. Called them numerous times...Each time was told they were going to redeliver the order (after being put on hold for over an hour and having to repeat all my information numerous times). They kept lying and wasting my time.
Do yourself a favor and never use this company. Read the reviews. If you are a florist don't associate with this company...they will ruin your reputation . Had to ask for a full refund . Will see if i ever get it or if i will have to take legal action”

Flowers ordered yo be delivered on Mothers Day never delivered despite paying extra for same day service. 3 phone calls today promising me they will contact the florist and be delivered as soon as possible. Still no delivery!! And the customer service department is outsourced to another country and I can barely understand them and they just keep giving the same spoon-fed responses. Waste of money! “My husband had a bouquet of white and pink stargazer lilies delivered to me for Mother's Day, and they showed up on Friday. So they were like 2 or 3 days early and they weren't even opened. They were just like buds and stems and leaves. And it looked awful and there wasn't even any decoration with it, like babys breath or ferns. They did offer a 20% refund. I'm extremely disappointed! If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. I'm telling everyone right now... Do not order from this company!”

“They lied about what was sent to my 97 year old mother yesterday on Mother’s Day after several up pricings . I called and informed them that they shorted her a dozen roses. “I paid extra to have my mom's flowers delivered the Friday before Mother's Day. The flowers weren't delivered until the Monday afterward. The flowers were dead and moldy upon receipt! They also did not include the vase I requested and paid extra for. This company is a joke! I will NEVER use them again!”

“Worst customer service. My Mother’s Day flowers that I ordered a week ahead of time were supposed to be delivered on Saturday. They weren’t. I called on Sunday they said they will definitely be delivered that day. They weren’t. I called the company and their response to me was we can give you a $2.99 refund. Otherwise there is nothing they can do about it and said it very rudely. I don’t understand how a company that is a delivery service can say they can deliver something and then don’t especially when it is a holiday. I will never ever using this company again.”

“How is this company still in business? I'm angry at myself for not researching into this company before ordering. Like many others, I expected to have flowers delivered for Mothers day....3PM on Sunday? No flowers. 5PM? No flowers. Contacted customer support (outsourced from another country) they said wait until 6PM and kept copy and pasting generic responses with no sympathy for their errors. 7PM? No flowers. I told them to just cancel the order as it was obviously not going to be delivered that day.
This was supposed to be a special day for my mom and it was important that they were delivered as I ordered them weeks in advance. Flowers are something that is time sensitive and supposed to be delivered on special occasions. Don't take on business if you can't handle the demand and don't make promises you can't keep, especially with a sensitive issue like this.
I'm convinced this company is 100% scamming customers and cancelling orders and issuing partial refunds. They said they cancelled my order and issues a refund and I did see an email saying the refund would be paid in FULL in 1-3 business days, so I will update this review when that happens. Absolutely terrible company.”

Our first, and very last, experience with this company...despite their gracious $10 gift certificate to use on a future order. Ha!
