“I ordered on August 7 for delivery on August 8. The same story as others: "Can't deliver until tomorrow." Finally, on the 10th, I got an email that they can only deliver to an alternate address. I'm still confused about this. My sister only has one address. Am I to pick a random address, and some lucky, unrelated person receives 60 dollars in flowers (a tiny bouquet)? The birthday is the 10th. I don't want flowers on the 12th. Either way, it's a nightmare of a company. I received a refund minus a couple of dollars, which is also a mystery. Really bad. DON'T DO IT. I ended up using Instacart and getting a tacky bouquet from Sam's Club for half the cost.”
“I paid $60 for delivery of yellow roses, 10 white daisies, and white lillies as pictured for my daughter's birthday. Not what was delivered at all. Not 1 daisy in the arrangement! Wrong color roses and lillies. They issued a $13 refund. Buyer beware.”

“I sent my best friend flowers,she received them today. When she got them 2 dozen pink roses they were brown around the edges and petals falling off. I was embarrassed plus I paid 89.00 for them to look like the flower section at walmart the day after valentines day. They offered to give me 30% back money wasn't the issue. I needed them to send the flowers that was posted on their page for sell the pretty ones. Not the junk ones. My friend just went thru a traumatic time in her life I needed beautiful flowers. Soo my point is if u want beautiful flowers don't order From You Flowers.”
“My husband ordered flowers for my 50th birthday and requested Bird of Paradise. He was guaranteed that they would have them. Sure enough the day before my birthday he received a call stating that they won’t have them but would make it up with other beautiful flowers! The order was over $250!!! He received a 30% discount. The flowers arrived Friday and by Sunday they were all dead since poor quality was used. Never again!!!”

They look very heated and dried out not what was expected. Sad day for the birthday girl!! Website will not allow me to load the photos they look pretty bad so I time stamped them for review later.”
“Garbage. Picture looks great. Buy flowers in a box. I clearly misunderstood when they say...'arranged by a professional florist' to mean 'arranged in a box and sent UPS'. I missed that part. My fault. Wont ever happen again as i wont use this service or any flowers in a box service.”

“This service has been horrible the last two years I have used them. Today was our anniversary and I ordered flowers for my wife for delivery. I tried tracking them this morning, and could not, I emailed customer service and it took them it’s to respond and then asked for information. I gave them when I ordered. She did not receive them at all. I contacted customer service and I got, I am sorry and a refund. I counted on them for the delivery. The last time I used them a year ago, the flowers lasted a day and then died. I took pics and again alll I received a I am sorry. Today, my wife thought I forgot. Do better amd understand that customers put trust in you for special occasions.”
“Absolutely horrible, I ordered a beautiful fruit basket, which wasn’t delivered (even though I got a text message saying it was), after calling twice, it was finally delivered and looked as if it was thrown together last minute. Customer service was rude, and said they would call back after basket was delivered, still waiting …

“I ordered twice premium bouquets. The 1st time, the bouquet that arrived was the most basic bouquet, nowhere near the beauty and number of flowers & roses I ordered. They refunded part of the bill. The 2nd time I ordered, they informed me at 3:30pm that they cannot fulfill the order on that day, and that they will send it the next day with an upgrade. Guess what, once again, the bouquet that arrived wasn't close to the premium one I ordered (let alone the upgrade), the flowers that were mentioned were not present in it, the only thing in common was the color palette. I am SO disappointed in them and will never order again from them.”
“Complete scam. Won’t deliver flowers when they say they will. Won’t give you any information on the “local florist” they use. Won’t send an email to confirm their refund. I’ll be reporting this to the BBB and my credit card company”
“I paid $70 to send to my elderly aunt. The price point for the arrangement that I ordered (1st picture). was fine. The flowers she received were terrible & basically filler flowers resembling nothing to the picture.
I called to let them know & they said they would have another arrangement delivered . I received a call from the driver the following day clarifying the address, as the town didn’t have a street with the name written. Once clarified I received an email that they were delivered.
The flowers were not there.
My third message to them has been met with automated responses….
The neighbor residing 5 houses down did deliver the flowers to my aunt later in the day. (3rd picture).. definately not the volume of florals that I’d purchased.
