“I ordered flowers on a Monday for a delivery on Thursday. Flowers were not delivered and no communication from the company. I placed the order emailed them and they responded with a $6.00 refund on almost a $50 order. I called them to get a refund but since my husband was on our card they wouldn't do anything even though I verified everything and told them to place the order. I will never order from them. Trust me my husband will be calling them.”
“Flowers.com did not deliver the flowers nor did they contact me advising they were not going to deliver the order on the day that was requested. The representatives were very unprofessional and did not do anything to resolve the issue. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold for 45 minutes before a supervisor answered. After 45 minutes the issue was still not resolved. Requested an esclade department which was not provided. I highly do not recommend using Florist.com. This business is clearly a scam. Save your self the disappoint. They do not provide the services listed on their website. If I could I would give them zero stars. Hope this helps someone from being scammed by this business.”

“i paid premium to have flowers delivered in the a.m. for anniversary. The next day they said they couldn't deliver until afternoon and would refund the premium. They totally messed it up and asked if they could instead deliver the next day. Avoid this company like the plague.”

“They've always been an okay service. My last experience the vase had a total of 8 flowers *literally counted* even though was to be way more. They were to pink *mainly * and purple. There were only 3 pink roses no purple. The presentation was horrible. Will be finding a new flower shop.”
