“This has been an incredibly disappointing and embarrassing experience. I sent an elegant bouquet of orchids to my aunt, an interior designer, in sympathy for the loss of our uncle. Instead, they received a cheap, tired-looking arrangement that bore no resemblance to what I had chosen from their site. The embarrassing part was when her son sent me a photo to show the poor quality—half the flowers were missing—and mentioned how it did not represent our family at all.
To make matters worse, the replacement they sent was even more unacceptable, with wilted flowers and nothing like what I had requested. This only added to the embarrassment. Instead of being able to grieve, my family had to deal with this issue, urging me not to accept such poor service. It’s awful to think that I will forever be associated with these terrible flowers at such a significant time.”
“Paid for express and same day. Waited almost all day they send email can't do express, then i wait no happy but oh well. I check status and they change my delivery date. No phone call or anything. What a waste of time but i do know who not to use for flowers. Really ruined my surprise.”
“Order was delivered 3 days AFTER the original order date. I had to chase up with customer service twice before delivery was made. As my friend had not acknowledged receipt of the flowers on the requested date, I had to ask each day if she'd recvd them, this took away the whole 'surprise' of the flowers. Going forward, I will not use this company again but will order direct from a local florist.”
“I wish I read these reviews before ordering. Before ordering I wanted to check with them if they will deliver to specific address. The person on the chat just sent me generic message. So I went ahead and bought the flowers, paid extra for morning delivery on Sunday. Then I get email much later to say that they can't deliver on Sunday but they will on Monday. So I emailed them back instructions just in case nobody is at home. Once again, I got email much later to say that they can't deliver as they don't have florist close to delivery address. I asked for refund. The worse part is that now we missed Birthday surprise for our family member. It was too late to try to order from someone else as her Birthday passed. If you want your flowers NOT to be delivered, this is the company to order from. You should be ashamed of yourselves.”
“They show beautiful flower arrangements to pick from and deliver an ugly skimpy thing. I was embarrassed for my Granddaughters special occasion of her new baby to receive such an awful looking flower arrangement. I payed a high price ordering from them. “Ordered flowers for my mom and asked for delivery of 7/20. Got email at end of day they couldn’t make the delivery and offered to deliver on Monday..I agreed. Monday came and no delivery and again another email at the end of the day stating delivery cannot be made. Called and asked for a full refund as this is 2x they could not deliver as promised”

“I placed an order for a candy basket to be delivered to my grandson who is in Las Vegas on a vacation for his birthday. After waiting most of the day, I got an email stating that the basket was delivered to the hotel. I called the hotel and no basket had arrived. Why did I get an email stating it was delivered when it wasn’t?
I did call and And received an email saying that my purchase was refunded but to wait three days this is unexcusable!!
