“I have been disappointed with the scheduling and delivery of my order. Flowers were to have been delivered in celebration of a promotion - on the day of the announcement - and they were never delivered. I finally had to call a local florist to get the order placed and delivered. They did so the same day. Disappointed in the horrible customer service provided and will no longer use this vendor.”

“terrible, i ordered a specific setup for my wife in her favorite color on Sept 26 and scheduled delivery for Oct 7. That gave them 7 business days and 12 days total. 3.5 hours before my delivery i get a email your flowers aren't available and will be substituted for something similar. What they sent wasn't even close to what i ordered, i called and complained and jeez wow thanks for the 12$ refund. this wasn't worth the 100$ i paid. i will never use for you flowers again.”
“They never delivered my flowers in September. Customer service told me it would take 48 hours to investigate as to why my flowers weren’t delivered. It’s October and I still have yet to receive a call back. When I call them they wanted to offer me a 20% refund until the investigation is over. How long does it take to investigate a flower delivery!?? Do not order from this company at all!! They are a scam”

“The flowers I sent were to congratulate a dear friend that her housing situation was finally settled. They were delivered on time; she said they were beautiful ❤️. I think the previous person had the right idea when s/he commented that it's not the fault of "From you flowers." It's more often the florist on the receiving end that doesn't do a good job. My friend said they're flowers were beautiful; I'm with her now, and they are!😁”

I ordered well in advance and the day of this event I got an email stating they were not able to deliver my order but instead delivered an up graded arrangement but took 50% off NOT ok! Disputing with my credit card company! Don’t use this company. Customer service was very difficult to understand!”

“I needed a beautiful deluxe bouquet of flowers delivered to my daughter’s celebration of life. It was supposed to be delivered the 3rd of October but did not arrive. I emailed, chatted, and finally called in absolute grief and tears and I was told HE was so embarrassed!!! Are you kidding me!? They offer a money back guarantee but I told him I was not interested in money back! I wanted the most beautiful flowers delivered to my daughter’s house! He promised an upgrade to Premium. I will say he added a credit to the site which I won’t use with a $15 delivery charge and said he gave me $10 back (we will see) but the flowers when finally delivered were not even deluxe let alone premium. I emailed again and was promised they’ll be delivered “when we find a better florist” which translated means never! I’m so embarrassed and angry that I spend nearly $70 for what I could have bought Publix for $12! IF they make this right, I will gladly upgrade my review for now I think they’re scammers.”
“Ordered a “Be Happy” mug arrangement with a Premium Upgrade. I also added a Mylar balloon for an additional cost of $6.00. The arrangement was to be delivered to the hospital. It was misplaced and left by someone else’s bed. Then upon finding it it was not as adequately described for a premium arrangement and was missing the balloon.
The arrangement was sparse at best and did not meet the criteria for the premium cost.”
