“I wish I had seen the reviews from other folks before ordering. It happened twice with me for the funeral flowers. I paid for Deluxe on both occasions and received the smallest version. It was a big show down in front of family and friends after paying top dollar. TWICE!!. Do not order from this company and ask for full refund and that will not even compensate for the showdown. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING.”

I wanted to send flowers to my daughter in the hospital on a Saturday after she gave birth. They said they could deliver in 4 hours first they had to change the arrangement. Then I got notice they couldn't deliver till Monday. I had to call and send them our home address because she wouldn't be at the hospital anymore. Monday came no delivery made my third call and they promised Tuesday delivery. Yet it didn't happen. Made my fourth call this time he tried to say it would be here tomorrow. Then he said we can't deliver to the new address. We can deliver to the first address. OMG just cancel you ruined the moment. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!”
“If i could leave zero stars i would, not only were the flowers late, what i paid for and what was delivered were very different. I wouldve never ordered them if they werent going to be on time let alone only receiving a third of what was supposed to be delivered. Never again”

Placed a same day order to a business. Guaranteed delivery to business before 5 o’clock guarantees to residential at 6 o’clock.
I informed the company that the recipient would not be there after 4 PM and My order did not get there until 615pm and then they only refunded me half of my money back! $90 gone down the drain! The flowers are just sitting outside of this business, I will have to drive 45 minutes to go and get them. Just terrible!”
“Horrible! I ordered a deluxe cornucopia arrangement, $100, for a door prize at my client appreciation party and received a $40 standard floral arrangement - in a small plastic container. Not only that, but I received someone else's order and I had to drive 30 minutes away to swap our arrangements. She was sorely disappointed with her flowers too. I have used this service in the past but never saw the end result. Now I'm embarrassed to think what my clients have received in the past. I will never use them again! Note - my photo makes the flowers look better than they were.”
“I ordered the largest flower arrangement of that type and they sent the smallest one. Also I ordered balloons and they never arrived. They did provide a refund but if I hadn't asked my cousin what she received and hadn't seen the flowers, I never would have known that my order was not satisfactory. Very disappointed and will not order from them again.”

“They never delivered the flowers at the paid contracted time! This was for a special birthday event and needed to arrive in the morning as person was flying out that evening. Called them multiple times; their driver even had the audacity to falsify a delivery confirmation. Worst service. Order was supposed to be delivered by 12pm. We paid expedited shipping three days before event. Item was delivered after 6:30 pm, when the person was already on the plane.
We expected and had sent them an email on day of incident to receive an immediate full refund ($85.00) as this was just poor customer service. They only sent refund for the expedited service fee which is under $6.00.
Will never use this company again.”
“The only reason I’m leaving one star is because the response I got from the delivery. They kept in touch , making sure the flowers eventually got there. They really should have been delivered that morning but didn’t get there until the next night. I ordered a bouquet with a sunflower because that was what the person receiving them liked. She sent me a picture- no sunflower and absolutely nothing like I ordered. I even paid extra for a delux. Please read reviews before you order. “Deliver date was wrong, my fault. Corrected dated, but still the delivery was not on time. Received 4 days later, purchased the deluxe. Receiver got a pot that uou could hold in one hand with a twig in it. Was supposed to be a peace lily. I'm telling everyone and I won't be back.”
