That was the last thing I said when I made this order, unfortunately, the flowers never came. I would never use this service ever again, very embarrassing!”

I recently ordered flowers online and my order number was #430038557. I paid a total of $84.56. WIth a discount that I applied to the order. This being my first time ordering from this website I was a bit skeptical of the whole process. I looked on the website and specifically requested that I chose the highest quality selection I could from the Southern Peach Bouquet arrangement. I paid more to get the biggest arrangement because it was for a special occasion. The picture of the arrangement that was given as the example of the arrangement was what I expected to get delivered.
I was very disappointed by the arrangement that was delivered. For this being the best arrangement (and most expensive) out of the Southern Peach Bouquet options I expected a lot better than what was delivered. I am very disappointed and after this experience, I will most likely turn to a different vendor for flowers next time. I was very excited to try this website for my flower delivery and have been very disappointed. I did not expect to receive a pile of flowers thrown into a vase with no intentionality of how they were arranged.
Not to mention I also paid extra for the Expedited Delivery Fee which on the website it says would be delivered before noon time. The arrangement wasn't delivered until around 3:30.
Below is the picture of the proposed bouquet listed on the website along with what was actually delivered. The picture on the website is a beautiful arrangement worth the price I paid. What I received is something that should've cost the most basic option. If I wanted an arrangement like the one delivered I would have gone to Walmart and picked up a $10 bouquet and a vase.

“I did same day delivery and they were delivered by 6pm. The flowers were pretty, the only complaint I have is that I had three options, a small, medium or large. They made me get the medium or large. Then when they arrived I guess I expected a bigger bouquet then I got. For the price I paid I could have gotten alot more and put it together myself. But as for delivery it is cheaper than most and they do same day which is awesome. And again the bouquet was pretty just not as big or abundant as I thought I was paying for.”
“The flower arrangement that was in the website was very different from what was received, it looked really small the pink roses looked like they where starting to get whitered. Also they kept calling me and send a email saying they where going to void my delivery if i dont call them back a couple of hours before the delivery just to confirm my info”

I was not contacted that the custom vase was not created, delivery was not completed on time, was not a local flower shop. When I found all this out, waited to be contacted by supervisor that did not happen as promised, to finally calling them back to handle situation and they at first offered a 25% refund. After me telling them I was leaving a review they offered a full refund!”
“I chose to try this company and paid the additional cost for the order to be delivered before noon on the requested date for a specific reason. After the order was not delivered as advertised and then contacting the company, the additional delivery fee was refunded with the explanation that the order would be delivered before 5 pm. The Company would not provide the name of the local florists used. I would not advise trusting this company with any future purchases.”
“Totally failed to get my flowers to a funeral on time. Got them to the funeral home after the procession left for the cemetery. They say they're refunding my money but we'll see. They can't make up for such total disappointment. They obviously don't care about their customers in the least!”

“FRAUD & SCAM COMPANY!!! BEWARE!! If I could give 0 or minus stars I would. Same or next day delivery WILL JOT HAPPEN. They will give you the fee back plus 30%. Next day it's missed will be another 20%. They will even act like they call the flower shop for you and tell you it's out for delivery when it's not. After 3 days of the run around on a basic assortment of flowers for my wife after surgery I demanded a full refund. Called them a total of 9 times and even got an email saying they were delivered. This company should not be used. Worth the extra money from a local shop. Worst experience EVER!! DO NOT USE THEM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS..”

“I rate this company with ZERO stars!! I Had flowers delivered with next day delivery to a funeral service for my dearest friend of over 30 years. I received an email stating that the flower arrangement was being shipped from Kentucky, I live in Indiana and assumed they would come from a local florist! I was horrified when I walked in and saw them, they were terrible!!! I threw them straight in the trash before anyone else could see them. How could any florist send something that bad to a funeral service and why did this company not use a local florist instead of the one they used located over hundreds of miles away? I will never order from this company again. What a nightmare not only dealing with the lose of my friend but then being shocked by how disgusting those flowers looked! Never, Never again will I deal with this company!!!!”
“I have used this company several times in the past. This time I ordered a Get Well plant basket. It arrived on time, but it didn't look the same as the website photo. I understand that there could be substitutions, but the planter was not the same. Instead of four plants that I thought I was getting, there were only three. I also paid $75 to have a "premium" basket. When contacted, all the company did was send me a $10 coupon toward next purchase. I don't think there will be a next purchase from me.”
