“First time using this company, wanted to send my friend flowers for her birthday, can’t say I’m impressed. Paid for expedited shipping to ensure it was delivered before noon the next day, only to call and have them tell me it won’t be there on time, “but it’ll still get delivered today”. Doubtful it’ll even get delivered at all. Immediately offered a refund for the expedited shipping, but still, kind of needed it delivered within the timeframe I requested.”

“Horrible! Do not order!! They couldn’t deliver my flowers. I called customer service and got another country and could not even understand the person that was supposed to help me. I asked for 4 different flower arrangements and he said I couldn’t get any of them! So I asked for my order to be cancelled. He then proceeded to put me on hold and then finally says they will cancel my order! What a pain!!”
“This place is not good at all. They promise same day shipping on their website and when ordered it took four hours to even get a confirmation email. The whole day goes by without a peep from them. I called the customer service line at 5:04 and was once again promised a delivery that day( even though they don’t deliver past six and the florist hasn’t confirmed). I then was informed that my delivery had been rescheduled for Monday April 8th, two days after I initially was promised. I was promised a free upgrade to the bouquet and a written apology note with the flowers and got neither. The order delivered but I still (even though it’s been 4 hours) haven’t gotten a delivery email from from the site nor florist. If the recipient hadn’t told me that they received the bouquet I literally would not know. This website is shady and I definitely do NOT recommend. I would give this place zero stars if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.”
“I mean I ordered it the same day and received them couple hours late but atleast they got delivered…I would like to add that the picture I picked DID NOT look the same as the picture did but I did send em to a hospital I’m just grateful that they were sleep when it got delivered but let me tell you about that sick looking fuzzy bear they charged me $15 for that they got from 99cent store it looked worse then the patient smh…them flowers looked like they belonged in ICU they barely lasted longer than the patient smh thanks a lot 😢

“Unfortunately, will NOT use this flower services again. It's (2) strikes with me. First strike- my recipient could not read my message, penmanship was bad...2nd Strike, I ordered from their "Same services" delivery- failed. When a Customer pays more than $20. for flowers delivery service, it's a MUST Delivery! Period. Regardless, hire more people. There's a lot of people in the community that needs work. Most importantly! Ordering flowers someone is very special. AND...the same pictured flowers ordered. I always ask friends &family to take pictures so I can see quantity & quality. Flower delivery services NEED to increase care on Customer service requests.”
“Ordered a standing spray for my uncles funeral and was guaranteed delivery the day before the service to ensure they arrived. The day of the service and no delivery. Received an email 19 minutes before the service began stating that there was a substitution but when I called they couldn't tell me what they were substituting the order with and by this time the funeral service had already begun.
They informed me that they were going to deliver the flowers to my uncles address to which I informed them that "he's dead, his address is the casket at the church they were supposed to have delivered to yesterday".
I demanded a full refund which they agreed to and offered me a "free" bouquet for my next order. At this point I lost my s**t and let them know that they could take the flowers I ordered and their free bouquet and shove them right up their @ss because I don't want anything from this horrible company.
Best advice...there are 3 absolute times we order flowers besides Valentines day and they tend to be graduations, weddings, and funerals; this company sucks so bad that they can't get one of the 3 times right. When ordering flowers for one of these occasions, deal directly with a local florist and not some hack third party company.

It's now 3 pm and they still have not been delivered it's very upsetting.
I have gotten a refund for the amount I payed extra for not being delivered on time.

Not only did they not deliver in a timely manner they ruined the surprise…. will never use them again they suck. It is after 4 pm & nothing has been delivered.
