“HORRIBLE HORRIBLE site. The flowers look good. But once you order, they harass you with personal calls, asking for your financial details over the phone, and give you 48 hours to reply or they will cancel your order.
I said to cancel it immediately but they won't do that either! TOTAL SCAM”
“I placed an order about 5 days ago. Flowers were listed as $50 but by the time we got through delivery fees, etc. it was $80. I placed the order for a Friday but soon after was informed my wife wouldn't be working Friday so I immediately contacted customer support to get the date changed to Thursday. I was contacted by customer support and they said sorry, your order has been placed so it's too late. At the time of the response there was still 3 days until the delivery.”
“If I could give a rate of zero I would. Very unreasonably disappointing. Any other company you order from the person gets the flowers the same day or next day! Then they don’t want to refund the full amount.”
“Always ask for a picture of the flowers once they arrive! This company over promises and under delivers. They promise big designs for low cost. Unfortunately they then send the order to a florist with instructions that don't reflect the order that was placed. When the florist fulfills the order they received, and then delivers something completely different from what the customer ordered, the florist is the one that looks bad not the dodgy website 3rd party that just places orders. The phone reps are polite and helpful but that doesn't matter if you never get what you want.”
“anniversary flowers arrived late, they smelled musty and like chemicals (likely due to the lengthy cross country shipping). They only offered a 50% refund, which would make 12 dyed flowers in a vase - $50. Can't believe it was $100 for a dozen dyed flowers and they can't even provide reliable shippers. We should have be refunded the full value. Will not ever use them again.”
“I paid for expedited shipping before 12pm & after 3:30pm they still had not arrived. Very disappointed. It was for a very special occasion. Do not trust this company!!!”
“I placed the order a day before payed for a full bouquet with roses and carnations and payed for them to deliver before noon got the flowers late almost 1 pm and the bouquet looked liked the small size bouquet called customer service they only gave me back $17 I was so disappointed I tried to add the pictures of what I got and can't up load very disappointed the bouquets are not as full as the show on the pictures”

“I will probably not order from this site again. The did refund me but the look of the roses were awful. I sent my friend a dozen rainbows roses when she welcomed her rainbow baby. So they were meant to be symbolic. When I walked in and seen what was delivered. I immediately contacted & they corrected”

“First, the flowers were not delivered and when I called to complain, the lady did not believe me. She then got in touch with the intended recipient of the flowers who stated she was home all day, went through her entire ring doorbell, and asked if the delivery person took any pictures or did ring the doorbell, she stated she could not get in touch with the San Antonio, TX office to confirm that. You can take your chances and hopefully, you will have a better experience than I did. We still haven't received the sympathy flowers for a death in the family.”
“I wish I would have checked the reviews before using this company. I ordered a premium bouquet $79 and what arrived was like a $10 arrangement from a grocery store. Horrible 😞 I called and told them to redeliver the second one was only slightly better, still not the premium one which I ordered. I was expecting 9-12 roses and several lilies, it came with 3 roses and no lilies. I will never use this company again.”
“TERRIBLE FOR BUSINESS!! This is the second time they’ve LIED to me about having my order delivered on time. I had to call to verify that my order will be delivered on time and same day due to my past experiences. Spoke with Katherine around noon, who verified my order and specified it will be delivered by today between 1-6pm. I checked my email around 6:48pm i still didn’t get my email confirmation saying my orders has been delivered. I then call asking about my order, Eric tells me i placed my order past the cut off time of delivery. LIES! This is the second time they do this to me and my cousin. Bad for business and i advise anyone else not to order from them. Don’t waste your time or money. It was my anniversary and wanted to surprise my fiancé while she was at work.”
“I haven't even had the delivery yet and already have a horrible experience. When I clicked purchase button they substituted my discount code and added a DIFFERENT one after I hit order? How? Why? I didn't approve that purchase, I approved the one I screen captured when getting approval for the order. I SHOWED THEM this in an email, yet they keep repeating the same lines about 'the discount code is added' and pretending that answers my question. I don't think it's even a human I'm in an email battle with. Do they think I'll just give up and be fine with them CHANGING MY ORDER AFTER I hit order? That's now how corporate approvals work so I can't get let it go. Unless you love wasting time or paying more than you hit purchase for, I'd stay far away. .. they were delivered, and I didn't get a photo, but the flowers at least did arrive.”
