I placed an order and paid for expedited delivery. After waiting over 3 hrs past the delivery time I had to reach out to them to get told they're sorry.. they refunded less then half the cost and the package never arrived.. this is an absolute terrible company.. I can't leave a photo or video because it NEVER arrived”
“If I could give this company a negative 10 I would!!! They take your money, actually they steal your money, and do not deliver anything.
I ordered a huge fruit basket for my sister 25th wedding anniversary. It never arrived. They are so quick to offer 20% money back. They said don't worry it will be delivered the following day. Next day NO BASKET! I called them again they said they couldn't reach the flower shop. By this time IM fuming 😤 with ffrustration. I requested my money back. By the way takes 3 business days.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE UNREASONABLE AND DO NOT DELIVER. THIS IS HORRIBLE!!!”
“Everything went wrong. FYF Delivered A low quality bouquet that bore no resemblance to what was ordered, delivered 2 days late and without the add on (and paid for) overpriced chocolates. Complaint made, new bouquet of slightly better quality flowers delivered a second time and still no chocolates. For You Flowers turned a special occasion into a profound embarrassment”
“If I could give less than 1 I would. Funeral flowers were supposed to be delivered today by 10 am. It is 5pm still no flowers. I asked them to give me the name of the florist. They refused so I’m warning everyone now do not use them. They are horrible with their service.”
“Flowers were delivered in terrible condition. Broken leaves and wilting. I called and their solution was a 20% refund. I complained enough to get it to 50% but that was just on the bouquet, not the service fee and delivery fee. So I spent $100 and got poor quality/service and a $27 refund. I tried to attach photos but it conveniently wouldn’t upload”

“I've used this company for years without issue, until recently! I placed an order, and it never arrived! I called and they gave me a partial refund and promised to deliver them ASAP. Three days later and NOTHING! I called customer service and they didn't want to refund my money and kept trying to give a minimum refund. I had to be stern and tell them No, numerous times! Finally they agreed to a refund, but then didn't want to give me the reference number! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED!!! DONT WADTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!”
“I am extremely dissatisfied with this purchase. I had an order delivered before seeing all these horrible reviews. Of course, I have the person send me the picture to be completely shocked as to what I was looking at. They were 100% nothing like the image. Shame on that business for false advertisement. I included my flowers I bought compared to the picture on their website they advertised. Absolutely, horrible and I would NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN!”
“I sent flowers to someone special, but it was not at early stage of connection with person I had kept my name anonymous, but he found out my name, I think customer care service had spilled out my name upon the person requested I believe, coz he was able to ping me on social media to ask and I lost his connection for ever. If you like to order anything as secret and surprise this website is not worth your trust to keep privacy of customer. Company owner should teach employees to understand what is privacy for customer you are paying $, we pay not to screw up our personal life.... I will never ever order from them, if I want to keep privacy as private”
“Look at the one star reviews and be warned. They make you pay extra for same day and then give you the run around. Days later still no flowers. Won’t disclose flower store to help you help yourself. I actually think this is some sort of fraud. No way a flower business is this bad at flowers.”

“I submitted two flower orders for friends who lost loved ones (one for a friend who lost her mother and the other for a friend who lost her only sibling) to be delivered to the funeral home and neither order was delivered to the funeral home. One in Maryland and one in Chicago. The one in Chicago I made two days in advance and I received an email on the day of the funeral service stating that a florist could not be found to deliver the order. Can you imagine me telling my friends that I tried to send flowers but the florists could not deliver the flowers. Two heart-breaking occasions. You won't get a third time for sure. And I will spread the word NEVER to use this business again.”
“Unfortunately, the flowers were not at all what was represented on the website. I sent my daughter birthday flowers and I wanted them to be perfect. This was a disappointing experience. I attach pictures of the actual flowers and what they should have looked like.”

“Very disappointed with this company and their lack of customer service. My husband's employer sent flowers for out 20th anniversary. They arrive with filler flowers brown and dead, lilies bruised and roses wilting with petals falling off. I notified them, sent all the requested information, and pictures of bouquet. It's been over 2 weeks and all I get are the same email, requesting the same information. Or a repeat text that they're sorry about my bad experience, and someone will contact me ..... guess they're not so sorry after all. I'm still waiting. .......”
“Never order from this company. I ordered well in advance, paid an extra fee to get morning delivery. Never came. I called and they said there was a mechanical issue and delivery would be delayed to another day. I don’t need them another day, now I need to go out and buy something in a hurry. I asked to cancel order since they don’t help me arriving another day and they would not cancel the order. What a waste of money.”
