“I paid for same day delivery for a friend having surgery, it was never delivered. You then took it upon yourself to reschedule for the next day and again, they were never delivered… when I called again you tried to schedule them once again for the next day at which point there’s no use for the flowers. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any form of service and all I heard was the words we sincerely apologize but nothing was done about it.. if I could give zero stars I would have!!”
“I'd give negative 50 stars if I could. First, I paid the expedited shipping fee that guaranteed delivery by noon. My mother lives in Florida and I needed them delivered before she left for work so they didn't leave them on the porch in the 100 degree sun. They weren't delivered until almost 2 pm. Then, the flowers that she received were not what I ordered. The version they sent looked like something you would order off Wish. Absolutely unsatisfied and completely bummed out. I'm embarrassed that they sent these raggedy flowers to my mother for Mother's day. I thought the flowers would be delivered by a florist and they were delivered by UPS in a box. No water....not an actual bouquet. My mother had to take the flowers out of the box and arrange them herself in the vase. Like, what? $100 for some low grade flowers, that weren't what I ordered and she had to put the bouquet together????? I'll never order form this disgusting company again and I'm telling whoever will listen DONT DO IT. I asked for a refund and they told me no. Now I have to scramble to find something for my mother for Mother's day because these flowers are absolutely terrible and she deserves so much more. Would have been nice if they looked like the picture of what I ordered. Do yourself and your loved one a favor, go somewhere else! Oh, I added photos! What I ordered and what my mother got. Wow. Never ever again!!! I've cried nonstop over this!!!!”
“A piece of paper set inside the vase. Was considered a custom vase? Also wilted lilies and brown spotted white roses with brown edges for a grieving family.”
“I placed the order at 9:35 am for flowers for my mom. It’s 3:07 and nobody knows where the order is, the delivery time or how to find it. All I get on chat is they will email me with confirmation. $100 flowers gone missing.”
“Not impressed with their customer service. Ordered flowers for a Mother’s Day gift, received a voicemail to call them back asap. Called back and the language barrier was a little rough, but we managed after several please repeats. Was informed that my order would not be delivered until after Mother’s Day unless I give them my credit card number again. So, after several explanations back and forth, I requested to please cancel my order. Mind you, the explanations seemed very sketchy, and they way they kept asking for my acct info made me feel very uneasy. It took several requests but they did agree to cancel my order.
I googled a local florist in the town I needed them delivered and asked if they could get them delivered before Mother’s Day, she assured me it was no problem ❤️ From here on out I will only use the local florist.

“The flowers I ordered for Mother’s Day was supposed to be the premium selection and what I got looks like it was smaller than their regular. I called their customer support and was told 1 thing but they did another. I will never buy from them again. They don’t care about the product they are sending out it seems or do they care about their customers. “Ordered flowers for a friend sick in the hospital. Received an email that said it was delivered but they never were. No signature for the so called delivery either. Called them and attempted a redelivery and 2 days later the same story. Never were delivered and was ultimately promised a refund that never came. Be very careful, this seems to be a scam company.”
“Well, I’d have to say it’s actually the family that sent me the flowers that made me happy. This was not an order I placed, but rather one I received for Mother’s Day. Considering this is my second time, that I’m aware of, that I have dealt with this company, I have honestly not been that thrilled.

“1st order wrong colors. 2nd ordered said on the way but would be a day late. Was needed on day chosen. Ordered in enough time to do so. When I reached out to this company, they MAGICALLY CANCELED THE ORDER and it was in transit. I did get a full refund. Has not shown on my statement as of yet. Still trying to figure out how it was stopped while in transit ups. Buy local guys. Or a reputable place. My cousin had problems with youflowers as well.”

“Placed an order two days prior to the day that i needed the flower arrangement to be sent to the funeral home. I was guaranteed a 10 am time for the day that was confirmed. nobody bothered to contact me to let me know that they could not honor this. I contacted the funeral home to confirm to be told they had not received anything for the recipient,not to mention this was after the guaranteed time of 10am. today. I contacted customer service to be told they could not honor this. I will not make any more future purchases from this compay. Very poor customer service, and if you could not do it I should have been contacted prior to the scheduled time of 10am. Yo could haved reached out to me via email, phone etc. Like Where has the customer service went with these companies ? I am completely dissatisfied and this is unexceptable.”
“This company kept giving me the run around about my order. I originally had the flowers to be delivered to my mom’s job for an early Mother’s Day gift. She never received it so I had them try to send it to her home. To my surprise the order never came. I spoke with a customer service and they kept saying the order was delivered when it was not. Then he contradicted himself and would say just wait for a little while longer. I called back and spoke with another representative and I told him that I wanted a refund and had me on hold, then hang up. I called back again and they said it was delivered and I then asked for a refund. Waiting on my reimbursement.”
“Sent my mother flowers for Mother’s Day as a surprise. I received a email saying that they were delivered so I called. Imagine my surprise when she said she never got them, I called customer service and found out they were never delivered but my order still shows them as delivered. Never got an explanation of why they show delivered but was told they would be there the next day.”
“Paid for same day (but it was next day I wanted them) before 12pm, didn’t arrive. Called at 12:30, was told it will arrive at 1pm, asked if it doesn’t show should I call again to which they said “no don’t call again because it will arrive for delivery.” 1 pm comes, nothing. Still nothing so we call again at 3:30, was told it will be here at 4 pm. 4 pm comes, nothing I request refund and was told to please wait until 5pm, okay. I wait until 5, nothing. Call at 5:05 and was told wait until 6 and I said NO, and demanded a refund they kept charging and arguing and said “oh the florist couldn’t make it in time so it will be there tomorrow, I said no why wouldn’t you tell me that to begin with. Kept saying they will just give partial and it will be delivered tomorrow, no kept saying that they can’t give refund blah blah excuses!!! Never had to act like this before to a floral place! Scam! Don’t buy from them”
