I placed an order a week in advance for flowers to be delivered for a funeral, the day before the funeral by 1030 a.m. They came by ups, which is weird, were on a truck for 2 days, and were delivered at 405 in the afternoon. Left on a porch where it was 10 degrees. They were not delivered, were not there for the funeral. Still have no clue what happened to them. Asked for proof of delivery, such as a picture. No picture, just a receipt saying they were delivered to a porch. Very poor service. Don't waste your time or money. I did get a refund but I wanted the flowers there for the funeral service not a refund.”

I paid extra for same-day delivery, but they delivered it the next day! When I called to cancel, they claimed the order couldn’t be canceled because it had already been prepared. This is completely unacceptable and misleading. Why charge for a service you can’t fulfill? Poor customer service and no accountability—avoid this company!

bouquet to celebrate the Grand Opening of a family member's new business. I wanted flowers that would generate a "WOW" from the recipients.
The bouquet that the family member received was not what I ordered. Oh, the correct flowers were included but there was clearly a discrepancy between what I ordered (based off of the site photo) and what was delivered. I was willing to pay the $ amount for the "premium" flowers pictured on the website. But I feel cheated by being sent a bouquet of lesser value when I in faith paid for the premium value. Better service from you will generate higher review ratings.”
“Do NOT order from this company. I paid for express delivery and it was not delivered on time. They refunded the express fee, but then the normal delivery hours (9am to 5pm) PASSED and the flowers were eventually delivered at 6 pm and they were NOTHING like the photo. I emailed the company and all they did was refund me 50% of the arrangement. Either I should have been refunded completely or a new arrangement should have been sent.
Would not recommend this company to ANYONE.”
“The flower was delivered, but it is as good as what is was paid for. It is much different from what is shown in the pictures. Extra fees was paid for Premium, and there are at least a dozen roses that can be seen for this choice (there should be more not be seen on the other side), however there were Only Seven roses delivered, which is not even good for a Regular choice.”
