“I tried to place an order with the secured checkout and it would say that I have no items in my cart? And I contacted a live agent that kept me waiting over 29 minutes for anyone to help me.. I don't recommend this Flower shop”
“The delivery date was 3 days late poor customer service and couldn’t get a straight answer on when the flowers would be delivered I will never do business with them again”
“I ordered flowers from this company on January 31st, first of all the flowers were supposed to be delivered before 12:00 and they were not delivered until after 6:00 pm, secondly they were supposed to have balloons with the order, no balloons were received, thirdly the quality of the red roses were poor, they died within a few days and some of the flowers are still in bud. I contacted personnel and they apologized and credited my account for 12 dollars and change. I will not be ordering any more flowers from this company.”

“I ordered the medium-sized bouquet they delivered a smaller arrangement that did not look like what I ordered! I spent 57.10 they offered a 30% which they calculated to total 11.18 and a 20.00 gift card. Why would I trust them again!”

Called on 2-3 and was told he can see they weren't delivered, but would be delivered that day. Canceled order and did get email saying I would get a full refund, after I told them I already talked to my credit card company and will dispute transaction.”
“This company is absolutely disgraceful. My mom received sympathy flowers that were frozen from the cold weather. They were totally destroyed. When I called the first time I was told to put the dead flowers in water to revive them. The second call I was promised a replacement on 2/4/25 which was never delivered. This company should be out of business.”

“They don't even deserve 1 star. The picture of what was promised and what was delivered isn't even close. $90 for a few carnations and 3 roses. I specified that it was a Doctor's office open Monday through Friday and they still tried to deliver on a Sunday. They didn't contact me and let me know that the delivery failed, they just weren't going to deliver them! Check out the picture of what I ordered vs. what I got. They refuse to give me my money back. Terrible all around!”
