“I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered an arrangement with 18 roses, their premium arrangement. They were for my mother's birthday. The flowers arrived, packed very tightly in the box. Some were wilted and others were either broken or crushed. They gave me a full refund, okay, that part is okay. They offered to send a replacement arrangement. That arrangement was worse than the first arrangement. I will NEVER use From You Flowers again. I do not recommend that anyone orders from them. Absolutely horrible experience!”
“100% DO NOT RECCOMMEND! Received a email stating the company didn't have the flowers in stock to complete the order and will be substituting them.. Fine no Biggy!
Then received another one the morning the flowers were supposed to be delivered stating they never heard back from me and wont fill the order until they do.. NOWHERE on the original email did it say I needed to confirm this.
When I called the guy (who barely spoke English) said they would push the order through for the normal early delivery (Which I already paid extra for)
THEN Got another email stating they wouldn't make it in the window I requested. (business hours) So I called and stated these were going to a business and he basically said OH WELL!
I ultimately had to cancel the order and rush over to a local florist and have them make me an arraignment last min..
So unprofessional and horrible customer service!”

“I ordered flowers today for delivery today to a friend who's brother passed away. The florist is in the same town as the delivery address. I placed a call gave the order # to some person I could just barely understand, he advised at 3:20PM the flowers but they would graciously refund my $5.32 same day delivery fee which advised him was irrelevant, I just wanted the flowers delivered. He gave me the usual bs. As of 3:44PM still no flowers!”
“The situation is very simple. The day before I made arrangements to have birthday flowers sent to a middle school. I asked could it be in the morning. The guy said it's possible. What he did not say was that it would be arriving UPS no later than 7:00 p.m. I thought it was a local florist. Obviously it's not. Three dozen of roses arriving UPS is ridiculous. Please do not do business with these people.”
“One-star for delivering on time but the quality and size of the flowers were well below expectations. I couldn't believe it was a "Large" bouquet; it was about the size of a small bouquet from Trader Joe's for 10x the cost. There are plenty of other flower delivery services. Avoid this one.”

“We ordered flowers for a funeral. I called to ensuure the could deliver the flowers requested in the day requested and paid a expedited fee because it was the next day. They said they could deliver. I ordered the flowers online. However, 2 hours before the funeral, they called to say the flowers could not be delivered. It was a stand of flowers to be in the front of the church. They offered to deliver it to the deceased parents at a 20 % discount. We missed having flowers for the front of the church. Why would we send the parents a standing arrangement of flowers? No offer to send a small bouquet to the family. They were only concerned about the money and preserving the order. I finally had them consent for a smaller bouquet for the family but we felt bad because the family was counting on it flowers. So we bought peace lilys on the way to the funeral. This did not bring peace in the day we needed it. I would not trust this service.”
“Horrible flowers. They do not deliver what you order. It’s a cheap version that looks like it was done by a five year old. It doesn’t even resemble the picture. Will never order from here ever again.”
