“So many things went wrong. I paid an expedited fee to have “happy birthday” flowers along with balloons for my sister delivered on her birthday before 12:00pm. It never came before 12. Finally I received an email saying it was delivered after 5pm but guess what?! They delivered it to the wrong address. After I called the customer service number and I keep getting the same guy he said he’s going to refund me my money and have them try to re-deliver the flowers. Later in the night someone dropped off some dirty flowers,( some of it dying )at the front door. There was no happy birthday card like advertised, no note like I had written for my sister and no balloons like I ordered. Completely random flowers they dropped off in the night. When I called the number again, the guy said he’s only refunding me 30%. I would NOT recommend this company. Completely horrible and a complete scam.”
“This company is a joke... twice I've ordered flowers through this company... I figured I'd give him another chance well I shouldn't have.. I paid the extra money to have it there on time never arrived. Second time I paid the extra money to arrive on time. It was 4 hours late she already left work.. I would not recommend using this company”

“If i could give zero stars i would. My bestfriend ordered beautiful flowers and a great gift basket full of Candy. The flowers were buds not bloomed & the candy was expired funsize candy that was unedible! When she paid a large amount for king size candy assorted. This place is a scam. I felt bad telling my bestfriend, I couldnt even eat the candy bcus it was so OLd!! Dont order from this place unless you want to be ashamed of what shows up”
“I was so disappointed with the flower arrangement I purchased for my mom”s birthday. The buds were mostly unopened , and some were brown and willets at the edges. Also, If I had known they would only pick one type of flower for the “ florists pick” arrangement , I would have chosen a prearranged bouquet .”

“I placed an order lastweek for my friend who's recently was diagnosed with cancer..I ordered dozens of pink roses & she received maybe 8 white roses..which is not what I ordered called to make a complaint the man who I spoke to was very rude & said he can only due 20 percent off & hung up on me after requesting to speak with a manager..I would never used this company again, definitely not worth it..”
“This is not the flowers I ordered. I chose you over 1-800 flowers but shouldn't have. The flowers are horrible; no balloons. There is nothing that says Get Well with these flowers. And the vase is abhorrent. I paid good money for a poor flower arrangement. Your ratings on Google must be fake. I tried to upload a picture of those ugly flowers, and of course, it didn't work.”
“FromYouFlowers were the first florist to show up and had wonderful reviews. Actually the business is terrible. and expensive. and did not deliver on the promised day. And flowers were old. And they credited me for the same day charge and the late delivery. But not to my charge card but a credit to spend more money with them. THE person FORGOT to tell me that aspect. I agree. Call your local florist No matter what the discount is”
“Totally dissatisfied with these people. They have truly embarrassed me and my staff, by not providing ANY service. Floral arrangements were made, days in advance, for a very special occasion, and they faild to deliver on time, or at all. it is now two days past the special occasion and they are still saying they are waiting on the florist. They state that NO florist has the floral arrangements I am requesting. Not true. They have the arrangements but 80.00 more that this company has posted on their web site, so the florist is not filling the order. Im now two days without what I paid for, and they want to bicker about giving me a full refund.”
