Per tracking, Flowers had been transit for a week! Was told the would send new flowers, I said no way as the same thing will happen. They refunded my mo ey. AND, my card was not attached. They had no idea who sent them until I called. Unacceptable!!!”

“Horrible company buyer beware on the day of a funeral order was canceled after speaking to a supervisor the day before and being insured order would be delivered the next day for the funeral. 1 hour before the funeral I get a message via email that not 1 but 2 flower orders over $60usd had been cancelled

I ordered a flower arrangement the day before I needed it to be delivered and paid the extra fee to have them delivered before noon. Noon came and went and no flowers were delivered. I had to stop what I was doing and call them so they would refund me the expedited charge. Then they guaranteed the flowers would arrive by 6pm which was fine because that's the latest I wanted them delivered. But no...so, I had to take more time and find out where the flowers were and wanted to cancel my order because the people I was sending them to already left from the location. At 7:15pm, they finally showed up...without the people there who should have received them. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! NEVER AGAIN!!!”
“Ordered flowers for special occasion two days in advance and paid extra for expedited shipping that guarantees delivery before 12pm. Flowers never arrived at 12, so I called them, and was assured that it will be delivered by 2pm.. 2:30pm and still nothing, then I get email that my order was delivered ! But nobody actually delivered anything ! I got cameras all around my house and nobody was on my property the entire day. This company is a scam ! Stay away from them as far as possible! This people should not be in business! They ruined the occasion and wanted to wait 24 to 48 while they investigate !”
“I ordered flowers for my DIL after her grandmother passed away. I paid for same day delivery. The flowers never arrived even though they said they were delivered. I emailed customer service who said it was an error and they would send them the next day, still no flowers. This went back and forth for two more days, each day they would say they would be delivered, each day the tracking said they were delivered, each day I spoke to my DIL and she never received them. Finally was able to get a refund, ordered from another supplier and they were delivered within hours. This was very frustrating.”

“Ordered flowers and chocolates for my wife. Trying to do a nice thing for her because she's been so busy with work and our 1 year old daughter. Ordered two days in advance. Day of I was expecting to get a delivery notification while I was at work and wife was at home with baby. Never got one. Got home at 3pm still nothing.... website says residential deliveries are completed by 6pm. 6pm comes around, nothing. 7 pm nothing. 8 pm nothing. Customer service told me they would give me 20% off. Still hadn't even received them, so I have to pay 80% for items I didn't get?? Canceled my order, will make one hundred percent sure no one I know will ever use this company, ever. F you all right in the face.”
“BUYER BEWARE!!! On 5/29/2023 I purchased an arrangement from “From You Flowers (FYF)” to be delivered on 6/2/2023. On 6/2/2023 at 5:30pm, the order had not been delivered so I contacted FYF and asked for a delivery update. FYF e-mailed me and stated the recipient was not home. The order was not left at the door, no call was made to me or the recipient, and no door tag was left. All of this should have bene done per the FAQs on FYF’s website. I responded to their e-mail and asked them to deliver it ASAP, the replied stating they would deliver it on 6/3/2023. On 6/3/2023, I received an e-mail stating “no one was available to accept the arrangement and deemed it unsafe to leave.” I called FYF and spoke with Joy, a supervisor, who assured me the order was delivered 6/2/2023 at 6:12pm. Are you still with me on this? First, they tell me no one was home on 6/2/2023, then they say it was unsafe to leave it on 6/3/2023, then they tell me it was delivered the previous day (6/2/2023). In speaking with “Joy,” she offered a 50% discount because I was unhappy. In another e-mail after speaking with Joy, FYF stated, “we would like to redeliver the item ordered to replace the one received.” So…now they are suggesting the order was delivered and they are replacing it because I am “disappointed!” FACT: The recipient was home with family recovering from surgery on both days and confirmed that no florist ever attempted to deliver anything to their home on 6/2/2023 or 6/3/2023. To sum up, FYF states that my order was delivered and was not delivered and is “willing” to give me a 50% refund for my disappointment.”
“I paid an additional $4.99 to ensure they would be delivered by noon. When I tracked the order, they couldn't even find it at first and it had not been delivered by 1:00. When I chatted with a representative of the company she gave me a set schedule for a residential, funeral and business deliveries. Do not order from this company! Plus they charge you an additional and hidden fee of $14.99 when you go to pay for it. Very unethical.”
