“Very bad experience. I should have read these reviews before ordering. I ordered same day delivery, paid for it, and I told them that we cannot accept deliveries after 4 p. I placed the order at 8:30 a.m. They eventually showed up at 6:00 that night and left them outside our door. Also, they didn't look anything like the picture. I asked for a refund 3 times so far and have not received it.”
“I placed an order for flowers to be delivered Jan 21 and extra for quicker delivery. The flowers were never delivered after being told for 3 days that they would be. I was even told that they had contacted the florist to ensure delivery. Again, never delivered. This is a scam and it needs to be taken down. I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau. I was refunded my full amount after my 4th call t the company. Do not use this company. You will be disappointed.

“I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement well half the flowers were not in it. The rose were old as heck. Contacted the company and asked why? They sent a replacement and the roses were half decent but still missing 60 percent of flowers they offered to refund me 50 percent. I said no it is not what I ordered I'm not paying for half off dead flowers. I am waiting for 100 percent refund. I will update review once I get my money.”
“Bad experience. You guys are the worse. Nothing but a scam. A product that was suppose to be $ 35.99 with a $15 discount. Turns into $54. 99 with only a $11 discount. “THEY ARE A FRAUD. I placed a $50 order with a note saying it was from me. However, I used a friend's debit card (different than my name) and it was flagged. Up to there I totally can respect and understand. HOWEVER, it's been a week and my friend has not received her money back and they did not provide the service. In fact, they told my friend that the order was voided but that she needs to send bank info to get her money back.
How do you not provide a service, but keep the money???

I ordered flowers from this company on the morning 21 January for a funeral that was taking place on 22 January at 6:00pm. All day on 22 January I checked the status of this order online and it kept saying scheduled for delivery. At 6:30pm I contacted From you Flowers and was told that the flowers were not delivered. I was told that they would be delivered the following day. I told the phone rep that I wanted a refund, he kept asking me if I had another address that I wanted them delivered to. I advised him that the funeral had concluded and I wanted to cancel the order and request a refund. He continually asked if I had another address where the flowers could be delivered the next day. Finally he stated that the order was canceled and I should expect a refund within 3-5 business days. Afterwards I checked the reviews and found that this occurs frequently where orders are not delivered. I will not be doing business with this company again.”
“I ordered a beautiful premium bouquet to be delivered on my mother’s birthday. The bouquet was delivered the day after her birthday and simply left on her doorstep in the snow and was frozen before she discovered it.
She sent a picture of the bouquet which looked cheap and hardly anything like the beautiful premium bouquet we thought we ordered.”
