“I ordered the most expensive premium funeral spray for my daughter’s memorial. Many people sent similar arrangements. The one I ordered was the smallest cheapest with lots of fake ferns few flowers and a ribbon. Instead if a card, it had a printed paper that was incompletely cut off at the edge. From You flowers is a complete rip off. The only reason they got 1 star ,is because zero stars was not an option.”
“I purchased same day delivery for August 2nd and it wasn’t delivered. Called customer service asked for a refund because it should’ve been delivered and it wasn’t. He offered a 20% refund plus the same day shipping fee and stated the flowers will be delivered today which is AUGUST 3rd and still no delivery. I went to track the delivery and an updated date for delivery is showing AUGUST 4th. I’m very disappointed because I was lied to twice. I don’t want the flowers I was a full refund.”
“I placed an order for same day delivery. I paid the fee for it, too. They were not delivered the day scheduled, which was supposed to be a surprise for a birthday. I was not informed of them not being delivered nor offered any explanation. I contacted the company the day after, and all I got was an apology — no explanation — and I was told they would be delivered that day (day late). I had to firmly request some form of reimbursement for the late delivery and bad service. Only then did I receive a fractional refund. Then after delivery, I was informed by the recipient that they put the wrong “from” name on the card, confirmed by picture. And mind you, the flowers did not look like what I ordered in the picture. Just unbelievable how badly this was handled from start to finish. This was horrible, horrible service all around, and I will never use their services again. Nor should anyone else.”

“I paid for same-day flower delivery to a hospital for a newborn, but the flowers were never delivered. After searching the hospital extensively, we called customer service. They promised to resend the flowers the next day by 5 PM, but they still did not arrive. We contacted customer service again, as the hospital had no record of the flowers. The representative eventually issued a refund and I suggested verifying with the florist to determine where the flowers were left. This situation was particularly distressing given the occasion.”
“There service is awful, I had flowers delivered to my elderly Aunt. The flowers were delivered 8/1/24 they did not ring the door bell (she was home) left them on the side of the ramp on the ground turned over with no water and dead. She did not see the flowers until today around 4pm and the were dead. I call From you Flower and they offered me a 20% refund for their screw up. I will never and I mean never use their service again. I just started using their service again, now I realize why I left. Keep your little $8.00, that is an insult to anyone the utilize your services.”
“I was out of town and my girlfriend was having a really rough week so I ordered her a bouquet of flowers a day in advanced, and had them expedited so that they would get to her before noon, as she was leaving to visit family that night. At 12:30 I call and they refund the expedited delivery fee and I told them that I don't care about it costing extra, but that they needed to be delivered. At 12:40 I told them that if they didn't deliver by 2pm that they would need to cancel the order and refund me. No updates until 1:59 and they said sorry and refunded me.”
“I ordered Sympathy flowers on a Monday morning to be delivered on a Wednesday before the family went out of state for services. They were not delivered until 6:00p.m. So they returned to dead flowers! On Thursday. The company offered me a $10 refund!”

“I ordered colors based on my relatives love for Victorian shabby chic style for my aunt to enjoy in her last moments. The flowers were delivered on time but NOTHING like we paid for! It was like they just came up with a bouquet & were out the door. Our choice had no effect on the bouquet. Not even same color pallet. Very disappointed.”
“I am extremely disappointed with the outcome of my recent order. Not only did the florist fail to deliver the flowers on time, but there was also a complete lack of communication regarding the delivery status.
I specifically ordered these flowers to be delivered on July 31st. No one called to verify if someone would be available to receive the delivery or if the flowers should be left outside. They simply did not deliver them. When I followed up, I was told that the delivery would arrive before 11 am on August 1st. Unfortunately, this promise was also not kept, and the flowers were not delivered until the afternoon.
To make matters worse, the delivery that was eventually received looks nothing like the photos. There was no mug included, half the flowers were missing, and despite paying for the deluxe version, the bouquet was much smaller than expected.”
