“I ordered a dozen roses for $100 and had them delivered to my wife’s work and the roses she received was discolored and turning black and wasn’t even opened up. They did give me a $12 dollar refund but I felt it should have been at least half my money back. Don’t waist your time ordering through this company the flowers they send are old and dying.”
“I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this site. Was guaranteed a Valentine’s Day delivery for my stepdaughter. Didn’t happen. Only when I logged into the account on the site did an email come across after 8 pm on V-day to inform me it would need to be delivered the next day. The surprised ruined, I informed my stepdaughter to be on the look out. 3:21 pm on 2/15, I receive a delivery confirmation. At almost 5 pm, still no delivery with conflicting info from 2 different CS reps. One rep told me the confirmation of delivery email gets sent out just to let you know it will be delivered eventually. Not sure what sense that makes. 2nd rep offered me a 20% refund with a guarantee that the flowers would be delivered before the end of the day. I pushed for a full refund which they begrudgingly agreed to. Now must wait 2-3 business days to see if I’ve been hawk tuahed. Don’t buy from these guys. Pay the extra money to shop local. This is a mistake I won’t be making again.”

“I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day. Not only were the flowers wilted when they arrived, they were not what I ordered. I contacted customer service and they offered me a 30% refund. I paid an extreme amount of money for these flowers, so 30% is a drop in the bucket for the problems that I encountered. Customer Service stated someone would promptly get back to me, however that never occurred. CEO, Michael Chapin, if you are reading this, you need to supervise your staff more efficiently, because not only will I never order from your company again, I will be sure to spread the word.”

“Paid extra to have them delivered on a specific day. They arrived a day late with only half the flowers the display showed on the website. And I don't just mean quantity, although it does look very sparse. There are big open spaces and I can see right through the display. There are also several types of flowers the website listed are included that are simply not there. Customer service is trash.”
“I ordered and paid for a Premium Size Arrangement that was supposed to include chocolates, a vase, and a bear. However, what I actually received was a small arrangement with only the vase—no chocolates, no bear, and definitely not the premium size I paid for.
When I reached out to customer service, I expected them to fix the issue by sending the missing items or offering a fair refund. Instead, they only offered me a $20 refund, which didn’t come close to covering what I paid for the missing items and the downgrade in size.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience. I would not recommend From You Flowers due to their failure to deliver what was promised and their unwillingness to resolve the issue properly. I’ll be looking for a more reliable flower delivery service in the future.”

Followed the paper work as to how to take care of them, called the company and they could not find the order, but they did charge the person that sent them to me. Was a very thoughtful VALENTINES GIFT. Will not use this place and will let the person who sent them to me be aware not to use them again !!!! So sad”
“Read many good reviews for this company but was very disappointed in the flower arrangement that was delivered to my mom on Valentine's Day. The arrangement looked nothing like the picture on website. What a disappointment. The bouquet wasn't full, some of the flowers were missing and substituted mostly with greenery and the rose petal tips was turning brown. I will probably not order from this company again for the amount of money I paid for this arrangement.”
“Price (including a 20% military/veteran discount!) is what first attracted me, so upgrading from the Regular to the Deluxe arrangement, a Medium Box of Chocolates, and a Balloon was an easy upsell, totaling just over $100 after delivery charge and sales tax.
What arrived from a regional grocery chain (Dillon's, NOT a florist) looked more like the advertised Regular arrangement! Also, there was NO Medium Box of Chocolates nor a Balloon! To their credit, the delivery person returned directly to the store and soon arrived with both missing items and an apology.
Next time I will use 800-FLOWERS or FTD.”
“What we ordered vs what was delivered was not it. The arrangement was completely different, smooshed into a small vase. We ordered the below arrangement but the premium size for my sweet MIL who is dealing with/cancer and celebrated her 83 bday. I wish we would have contacted a local florist instead. We live out of state and my MIL loves flowers, this was the worst flower delivery for what we paid for. And we ordered her chocolates and that was missing. Lesson learned to read reviews.”
“Ordered a dozen rainbow roses for my wife for valentine day. Set delivery for day before. Flowers arrived on time and well packaged. They were shipped dry with no water tubed, sponge block or anything. I followed directions and added cut flower food and clipped 1 inch off each stem. Shipping took 3 days to get to my address from time they left location.
By valentine day 12 hours later about 1/2 of the roses were showing signs of wilt. I trimmed them again and replaced the water. By the next day (day after valentines day) they were about 90% gone. Will never purchase from this site again. Total waste of money. Very disappointing”

“I made sure to make my purchase a whole month early to make sure my item got to my other half on her special day. I scheduled the order, processed, and had a very confident vibe knowing I put a delivery DATE and put what maybe a little money to some, was a lot money to me. I was genuinely doing my best to surprise the love of my life and couldn't get the experience I was promised, by thinking me scheduling and purchasing ahead of time would be the perfect and most insurable way to make sure it would be the perfect way to show my girl I love her.”
