“Wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered yellow and white daisies and a balloon for my mom for her birthday. Not only did she not get the balloon she got a completely different bouquet with ONE flower, greenery and buds??
And when I called to get a refund they offered me a 20% refund.
We argued back and forth, then was offered 30% then 50% then finally I asked to speak to a supervisor. Because I'm not going to pay 58 DOLLARS for the completely wrong bouquet and missing balloon. She finally very reluctantly said I could have the full refund.
Terrible customer service.

“I didn’t receive the flowers my friend sent. She was notified almost 24 hours ago they were delivered to my address. Every other deliver service finds me so there is no excuse. She has been in contact but this company says they don’t know where they delivered them and did not replace the flowers they claimed to deliver. So they took her money but did not deliver any flowers but told her that they did.”

Order=specificaly red roses and white lilies.
Received 2 red roses, 6 mini white roses, 4 red carnations and 2 white lilies.
Paid for premium size, expedited shipping.
I understand adjustments but atleast put roses for roses, it’s a flower shop so to not have red roses is hard to believe, the color wasn’t the problem as much as paying for roses and getting carnations is another.

“Horrible Ugly cheaply arrangement that didn't look anything like the picture. It was called Lush Lavender and not one bit of lavender was in the arrangement. I paid 70.00 dollars for this arrangement and the value of it was about $15 total made. Wasn't even attractive. I was embarrassed for my sister to receive it. Yes, they gave me a refund but I will never order from them again, ever. Scam in my truthful opinion. Don't use this business.”
“I ordered flower on 5/15/24 to be delivered to a friend in the hospital the next day. They didn't arrive. Nor the next day. I thought I had cancelled the order. My friend messaged me on 5/24/24 that the flowers had arrived at her home...8 DAYS LATE!!! I asked for a picture and while it resembled what I ordered, it was sub par with mostly yellow flowers vs the colorful collection I thought I was getting. Very poor service. will NEVER use this company again.”
“Wish I could leave zero stars, but my order was never fulfilled, it was for a funeral and never delivered the day before to my house. Called to complain and they changed it to the funeral home for the next day. Flowers never came there either. We were given attitude when requesting a refund because we never got our flowers and customer service was not helpful, not intelligent, and I will never ever deal with this company again or suggest that anyone goes here. Nobody should have to deal with chaos for funeral flowers and then never receive them for a loved one. Worst flower experience ever!!!”
“I ordered a dozen red roses for my niece. What she received was a dozen dead, hot roses. In the photo's you can see what a beautiful bouquet I paid for and what trash mt niece received. A florist did NOT deliver the flowers. They were put on a hot UPS truck. I would never purchase from them again.”
“I ordered a balloon gram for my son‘s birthday. I paid for expedited delivery to his workplace. Not only did it not get delivered at the right time, but they were not sure if it would even be delivered because apparently the florist didn’t have a driver. They never called to tell me so that I could’ve planned something different for my son. They knew this was happening because they were getting messages from the florist. I was absolutely furious. Then they told me I would have to wait up to three days for a return on my money. I will never ever order anything from these people again.”

“I ordered a blue and white bouquet for Mother's Day on a Thursday. They did not deliver on Sunday, so I set the date for Saturday with a fee. They did not arrive until the Wednesday after. Not only were they late, but they barely had any blue in it. Some flowers in the back also wilted a little. I paid $70 for a deluxe bouquet for this? Very disappointing, at least my mother appreciated the attempt.”
“When I checked if the order was delivered, they said they couldn't find a florist in the city and it will be deliver in 2 days, after the day promised. I never got an email informing me of this. They said would refund the 'delivery fee' for the inconvenience, I asked for a total refund and order cancellation. What a disappointing 'non service' not recommended at all.”
“What I ordered and what I got was significantly different and other much lower quality of flowers. I ordered a premium bunch of stargazer lilies. What I actually got was some shoddy mix of carnations, roses, other cheap flowers and 1-2 plain pink lilies. I'm very unhappy with my experience and will be requesting a refund.”
