“I've had good results from them but the last time for Mother's Day they sent roses that were already drooping and within a few days they were completely dead. I could deal with this if they would have answered my email to let them know that the local company they used had failed them. I sent pictures and asked for new fresh flowers. I was completely ignored, no response at all! I emailed them back to let them know I will never use their services again if they didn't make this right. Again I was completely ignored! So I suggest if you want a hit and miss company that has no customer service then use them. If you expect better I'd find a better company! I tried to up load pictures to show you but it wouldn't upload for some reason.”

I got white and pale pink Mums in a short vase with two red roses that the stems don’t even reach the water the bouquet looks like a centerpiece for a table I contacted customer service and they agreed to credit my account $19.23 so I paid $52 for a while mum centerpiece. I should have went to the grocery store I could have gotten a better deal and they would have been better looking

“I paid for a large bouquet for my daughters birthday for fast same day 4 hour delivery with a balloon. I was so made when she sent me a picture of what was delivered. They were 6 hours late, the was no balloon, they sent the SMALL bouquet. Never again and I will be posting this on my social media. All I got back was $13 refund for spending almost $85. So disappointed that business will short change people trying to do a nice thing for others.”
“Flowers were sent to a friend and was sent a photo of 2 different delivery’s to her and they both look TOTALLY different than their photo. The bouquets were tiny as compared to photos. I ordered as well one bouquet with a balloon and teddy bear and of course the teddy bear never arrived with the flowers. Complete disaster. Had to escalate a claim. To PayPal as the company refused to give me a refund. The flowers as well were wilted. I spent close to 200 dollars. This company is horrible. I will never order again from them.”

“Very disappointing experience. I purchased flowers in advance for my daughter to receive on her birthday & they were never delivered; however I’ve been charged in full, no refund. I was never even notified that they wouldn’t arrive. This is the first year I’ve been away from my daughter on her birthday & I really wanted her to receive roses (which I always give her). A tradition is now broken. If I had been notified, I would have made alternate plans. I cannot recommend this site for any important events.”
“Ordered fantasy pink orchils for a friend but what she received was half of the flowers that were on picture. Your supplier ms should be held to the same standards as what u show on your site. I am angry and embarrassed what it looks like for which I paid full price not half”
“Horrible service. I had flowers delivered to my mother for mother's day who lives 4+ hours from me. The flowers delivered were mushy and brown. I called to let them know and that I wanted them to send a replacement and they said they would but refused to get them there by mother's day. The customer service rep would not even allow me to speak to a supervisor. So I asked them to send the flowers anyway; they said they would and they never did.”
“If I could give this place zero stars I would. This place needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY!!! I placed the order a week prior to my moms birthday. The day of her birthday I was tracking the delivery all day. I called cx service they said it will be there before 5pm. At this point its going on 230pm. I call back again at 330pm because the tracker just says the order was received it doesn't even say its out for delivery. CX service asked me did I ask the recipient had they received the flowers. Well no because ya dummies its a surprise so why would I call her and ask her did her surprise come... They assured me that the flowers would be there by 5pm and that "it was against protocol to give out the flower companies name". Makes zero sense. I call back at 5 because guess what still no flowers. By this time my moms office has closed and she is gone. The lady puts me on hold and says that the flower delivery company said they were on the way and that they ran into traffic and they had other deliveries that day that slowed them up. Umm no you all had this order for a week no excuse. I demanded my money back and the rep said she can do 20% and promise to deliver it tomorrow. I said absolutely not! I need a full refund plus there is no point in delivering it tomorrow when her birthday is TODAY! Rep said what about a 30% refund. I again demanded for a full refund she said ok. Said that the confirmation email would come shortly. I asked for a reference number she said its against protocol to give that information since they don't have access to my private information. Huh??? I don't know how I found this place but it is an absolute terrible service that are complete scammers. Shut them down!!! They delivered the flowers anyway sometime after 5p, apparently who the hell knows and they look nothing like what I ordered and I did not receive the balloon that I paid 5 extra dollars for. So glad I got a refund. Run from this place and never look back.”

I ordered a huge fruit basket for my sister 25th wedding anniversary. It never arrived. They are so quick to offer 20% money back. They said don't worry it will be delivered the following day. Next day NO BASKET! I called them again they said they couldn't reach the flower shop. By this time IM fuming 😤 with ffrustration. I requested my money back. By the way takes 3 business days.

I complained enough to get it to 50% but that was just on the bouquet, not the service fee and delivery fee. So I spent $100 and got poor quality/service and a $27 refund. “I've used this company for years without issue, until recently! I placed an order, and it never arrived! I called and they gave me a partial refund and promised to deliver them ASAP. Three days later and NOTHING! I called customer service and they didn't want to refund my money and kept trying to give a minimum refund. I had to be stern and tell them No, numerous times! Finally they agreed to a refund, but then didn't want to give me the reference number! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED!!! DONT WADTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!”

Of course, I have the person send me the picture to be completely shocked as to what I was looking at. They were 100% nothing like the image. Shame on that business for false advertisement. I included my flowers I bought compared to the picture on their website they advertised. Absolutely, horrible and I would NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN!”
