I wish I checked the reviews before I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law’s 80th birthday. I received an email that said due to bad weather, her flowers could not be delivered. Yes, it snowed, I checked the weather, it snowed 6 inches in her area. We live in Massachusetts we drive in snow, 6 inches is nothing. It snowed 5 inches in our town and all the roads were fine and clear by 9:00 AM. They don’t cancel school unless there is 18-24 inches. 6 inches. When I called customer service, they agreed to give me $9.35 back. That’s not even the cost of the delivery fee. The whole point of ordering flowers on a special occasion is for the flowers to arrive on that special day. Now that I have read all of the reviews I am worried that the flowers will never arrive or if they arrive they will be horrible.

I ordered a beautiful rose bouquet with red and blue flowers. They delivered yellow. When I complained, they resent some roses, but the purple smaller flowers were literally dying.

They’re terrible!! First of all, I paid extra for a weekend delivery that didn’t even get delivered until Monday! I also had an add on for a small teddy bear that was not delivered with the flowers. I will not be using them again, and I would be cautious of anyone who uses their service.

I will never order from this company again!! The arrangement was nothing like the picture. Buyer beware!! I should have read the reviews. I will stick with florists I know. $70 for a Kroger size arrangement, that would definitely looked better!! Never again!! I am reporting them to the BBB. I should have read the reviews first!

I don't have good experience with From You Flowers. I ordered twice but both came in super late that i even have to call the company to follow up. Flower is not even properly arrange. Looks lousy. I felt embarassed on both orders.

Worse services ever. Will not use again. Their system updated the zip code and when I called to have them correct it they said a shipping label has been created and no changes can be made. 5 days before the delivery.

I placed 2 orders one was a deluxe case of roses and the other was for pink and white lilies I spent well over $100 what I got was a vase of 4 roses and instead of lilies I got a dozen multi color roses that are half dead see my pictures AWFUL AWFUL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

The Cheapest flowers delivered. I ordered two arrangements a funeral simpathy big arranget and a single one spending $200. The arrangements were made small with the cheapest saddest flowers they had,the arrangements were delivered. I sent an email to customer service complaining and they responded with a $10.00 coupon. Do they think after these bad experience I will buy from them again? I am reporting to BBB.

I recently order a sympathy plant for a dear friend whose father passed. The cellophane it was wrapped in had the imprinted words ENJOY LIFE written in big bold letters. After I sent my email of disappointment to them, and included a picture of the grieving widow holding the plant that clearly says ENJOY LIFE, they "kindly" sent back $9.00. 9 freaking dollars! I'm so incredibly disappointed with this company. Will not use them again.

Flowers not delivered. I requested a refund and he said they were delivered. They were not. Now I’m disputing charge on credit card. Liars!!! Also they sounded like they aren’t even from the U.S.

I ordered flowers for my Grandmothers birthday. I paid the extra money for same day shipping and delivery. The flowers didn’t show up…. I asked for a refund. By the look of these reviews and by the way I never received what I purchased I won’t be purchasing from them again.

I ordered a Peace Lily for my cousin's widow, paid for same day. Awaited delivery. At end of business day I received an email apology that the order would be delivered next day. Requested refund, and they offered numerous apologies with vouchers on a future delivery. Anyone can have a bad florist, especially in December where business is surely high demand. Another state, another bereavement later, I tried them again. This time I ordered a Sweet Serenity Crystal Cross Bouquet (lavender/white flowers) to be delivered a day ahead, to give them ample time to not interfere with the services or be late, after the service ended. The funeral was to be held at a church and there'd be attendants present on the Friday before and Saturday Service beginning at 10 a.m. Everything should go well, right? Wrong. It started on Friday 1/17/2025 morning with an email from FromYouFlowers stating the florist wants to confirm the funeral address and will hold delivery until you confirm. I confirmed via chat that it was a Church and urged them to make this delivery on time so that it would not interfere with the procession and that post-service will be totally unacceptable. They promised not to worry. But on Saturday morning 1/18/25 (day of funeral) the flower had not delivered when I checked the tracking. It still was waiting for my delivery confirmation on the address. I opened another chat. I was booted out. I opened a request for another chat and waited for a live agent while simultaneously attempting to speak with an agent by phone. Both stated that the florist did not get an answer on Friday or Saturday morning because no one was there at the location. I requested a refund. I'm done with these people. They should sell email greetings because contracting in flower delivery is not their forte.

Ordered flowers.. online.. asked and pd for same day delivery.. on top of a $15 delivery fee🤨.. well, flowers arrived the next day.. however, not what I ordered and paid for. 2 days later, after hours of text/ emails, a partial refund ( for non delivery and incorrect arrangement) was offered . I spent $70 on flowers that were not delivered as promised and to boot, flowers I didn’t choose. Not good business model, So then, I was offered a replacement, to “ make it right “.. well , no delivery when pro, again… then I was told it would be the next day for delivery… still no delivery.. got a call, saying they confined a florist to do arrangement and deliver… A offer to refund was made.. you can believe I am quite disappointed again.. I was given 1/2 what I paid. So, my recommendation is do not use these folks. They have no business ethics and they advertise one thing and do what they choose.

ordered flowers for my 40th birthday. upgraded to the medium package. paid extra for expedited shipping. even though it was delivered before noon. the website for delivery tracking was severely lagging. when i got the delivery, the website tracker was still at 25% completion. and What i got was NOT what i ordered. wasn't even close to the picture. was mostly green foliage. my 9 year old daughter did better picking out flowers for me from a local grocery store. and the gal had the audacity to ask me count the number of flowers i received and what kind they were. i said i am not a flower specialist and do not know the name of the flowers. STAY AWAY FROM HERE AND BUY LOCAL!!!

Ordered with rush delivery -- first supposed to be there on last Tuesday -- then Wed ... then Thurs ... and now next Tuesday I won't be using these guys again ...

I ordered the largest bouquet and what was sent was embarrassing. It looked nothing like what I ordered. It was cheap and not well arranged. A Child could have made a better arrangement. When I asked for a refund a got a generic email giving me 30% back which barely covered the shipping. Do NOT use this service.

Placed order for rainbow tulip bouquet-15 stems for friend’s 70th birthday, when my friend received and inform me, there won’t any tulips in box instead of 7 stems of stargazer lily (didn’t not see this item on the website not sure the $) I replied the delivery confirmation email with photo of what my friend received ask for an explanation and possible refund, how i ordered 15 stems tulip changed to 7 stem of lily? Along with a photo of it. Receive reply with no explanation but a refund of $12.76 for total of the tulip order…. My friend told me they should refund the total of the ordered amount for tulip and don’t order from it any more.
