“I recently order a sympathy plant for a dear friend whose father passed. The cellophane it was wrapped in had the imprinted words ENJOY LIFE written in big bold letters. After I sent my email of disappointment to them, and included a picture of the grieving widow holding the plant that clearly says ENJOY LIFE, they "kindly" sent back $9.00. 9 freaking dollars! I'm so incredibly disappointed with this company. Will not use them again.”

“I ordered a Peace Lily for my cousin's widow, paid for same day. Awaited delivery. At end of business day I received an email apology that the order would be delivered next day. Requested refund, and they offered numerous apologies with vouchers on a future delivery. Anyone can have a bad florist, especially in December where business is surely high demand.
Another state, another bereavement later, I tried them again. This time I ordered a Sweet Serenity Crystal Cross Bouquet (lavender/white flowers) to be delivered a day ahead, to give them ample time to not interfere with the services or be late, after the service ended. The funeral was to be held at a church and there'd be attendants present on the Friday before and Saturday Service beginning at 10 a.m.
Everything should go well, right? Wrong. It started on Friday 1/17/2025 morning with an email from FromYouFlowers stating the florist wants to confirm the funeral address and will hold delivery until you confirm. I confirmed via chat that it was a Church and urged them to make this delivery on time so that it would not interfere with the procession and that post-service will be totally unacceptable.
They promised not to worry. But on Saturday morning 1/18/25 (day of funeral) the flower had not delivered when I checked the tracking. It still was waiting for my delivery confirmation on the address. I opened another chat. I was booted out. I opened a request for another chat and waited for a live agent while simultaneously attempting to speak with an agent by phone. Both stated that the florist did not get an answer on Friday or Saturday morning because no one was there at the location.
I requested a refund.
I'm done with these people. They should sell email greetings because contracting in flower delivery is not their forte.”

well, flowers arrived the next day.. however, not what I ordered and paid for.
2 days later, after hours of text/ emails, a partial refund ( for non delivery and incorrect arrangement) was offered . I spent $70 on flowers that were not delivered as promised and to boot, flowers I didn’t choose. Not good business model,
So then, I was offered a replacement, to “ make it right “.. well , no delivery when pro, again… then I was told it would be the next day for delivery… still no delivery.. got a call, saying they confined a florist to do arrangement and deliver…
A offer to refund was made.. you can believe
I am quite disappointed again.. I was given 1/2 what I paid.
So, my recommendation is do not use these folks.
They have no business ethics and they advertise one thing and do what they choose.”
“ordered flowers for my 40th birthday. upgraded to the medium package. paid extra for expedited shipping. even though it was delivered before noon. the website for delivery tracking was severely lagging. when i got the delivery, the website tracker was still at 25% completion. and What i got was NOT what i ordered. wasn't even close to the picture. was mostly green foliage. my 9 year old daughter did better picking out flowers for me from a local grocery store. and the gal had the audacity to ask me count the number of flowers i received and what kind they were. i said i am not a flower specialist and do not know the name of the flowers. STAY AWAY FROM HERE AND BUY LOCAL!!!”

“I had two delivery issues on two different days. I paid for a specific arrangement and was told it needed to be a deluxe due to the area it was being delivered after I already added balloons to the order which never came. I was charged a hefty fee and the arrangements were embarrassing. I was so disappointed.
My next order never showed and customer service said there was florist to take the order. I asked for a full refund but never received as of yet. It’s now been four days, customer service proclaims they can’t find my order. When my card was clearly charge 66.75 as the customer service representative verified. This is a horrible company who don’t stand by their services. I will definitely choose another option for a floral arrangement.”
“Twice I have ordered deluxe arrangements and the quality was not even that of the basic arrangement. I hoped the first time was an error but it obviously is their practice. Here are photos, the first of what was ordered, the 2nd is what was received. I guess they didn't think I would be at the funeral to see what they sent.”
