“I paid extra to have my delivery made before Mothers Day and reached out and they said they would refund my extra delivery charge I paid but they just acted extremely apathetic about it . Just really bad business practice if you can’t even fill

“I ordered flowers for mothers day and a birthday gift on 4/13 to be delivered 5/4 and 5/11. The 5/4 delivery was delivered 5/6, because they couldnt find a " local florist" and the 5/11 order was not delivered because it was deemed " unsafe to leave" regardless of the fact that the recipient was home ALL DAY LONG! Literally, she was home unitl 5pm. In all that time, they never delivered.
Unreliable and irresponsible. Even with a months notice they cant do it! Never again”
“If I could give zero Stars, I would! We ordered BEAUTIFUL flowers for my Mother-in-Law for Mother’s Day through this AWFUL “Professional” business. We couldn’t make it to her to deliver them to her ourselves this year so we had to find someone to do it for us since we live in different states. I have never went through this so called professional company before and the only reason I did is because other companies and local flower shops were all booked up and didn’t have any delivery availability until way after Mothers Day and we wanted her to have some beautiful flowers for her special day…..
well… BIG mistake! Not even close! Not even slightly… it’s like they didn’t even care or even try to make the same bouquet.. they didn’t even try or care to make it presentable even… when they arrived and they sent me a picture showing me she got her flowers I was shocked ! I was soooo embarrassed! I was upset, mad. And so sad that THOSE were the flowers they chose to give to our mom ON MOTHERS DAY! I paid a lot of money for those flowers and paid EXTRA even for premium flowers and they didn’t even give us HALF the flowers or the right kinds or right colors. This is not the work of professionals… in fact, I feel like it’s a joke and an absolutely scam!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! PLEASE don’t ever buy ANYTHING from this company… they are WISH VERSION OF FLORISTS! I am so upset that she didn’t get the flowers that we were so happy about and the flowers she deserved. Shame on this disgusting company!!!”

“I had used this company a few years ago and they did a decent job, so I decided to use them this year for Mother’s Day. I ordered five flower arrangements and paid almost $400. I paid for the deluxe or premium arrangement for all five orders. So far, all of the arrangements have been VERY underwhelming and nothing like what was advertised. I will be calling customer service on Monday and I will not be using From You Flowers again.”
“My first order last year never got delivered. I tried again this year and I ordered 3 diff flowers for my mom step mom and mother in law. None of the flowers matched what I paid for. Absolutely horrible. Do not trust them. Horrible customer service. They do not acknowledge what happened, they gave me a 10 dollar gift certificate without addressing my concerns. I paid over 200 dollars for flowers that looked like they were picked from the weeds in my back yard. You are better off going to a grocery store and buying your own flowers. Honestly you could probably pick a better bouquet from your back yard.”
“I made an order 5 days in advance for the delivery date. The item charge was instantaneous. The flowers were not delivered as stated. After frustrating correspondence on the phone, the flowers were promised to be delivered by 5pm the next day. That's not what I paid for. Did they offer me a credit? No. I'll not use this business in the future.”

Called and the representative said that the flowers would be delivered on Monday. I do not recommend this company and I will NOT be using them again. Mother's Day, and flowers not delivered.
