“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They lie and only apologize for not delivering flowers when scheduleda do aid for and the flowers finally delivered are not even the flowers I ordered. I called and ordered flowers with 2 balloons online for my only daughters first child (a girl) to be delivered at the hospital the day after her birth. I paid the fees etc for next day service, with no next day delivery done. I called the main number that next evening (after delivery hours) on Saturday night around 8:30 pm asking them where and why my order was not delivered yet? The status of my order never changed neither. I asked them why not? They apologized and said it would be there the next morning (on Sunday) before noon. The flowers never came, I called a 3rd time and told them they better be delivered before the end of the day (5 pm) or I would CANCEL my order, plus my daughter would be discharged on Monday, and to tell them how very disappointed I was with their company! The delivery was not made that Sunday either, so I cancelled my order, and told them I wanted my full refund. The next day, on Monday, right as my daughter was being discharged to go home with her daughter, the flowers arrived at the hospital , not even close to the bouquet I ordered, and only 1 balloon. I was so upset and kind of embarrassed, to my daughter, I called the company again and demanded the full refund, which they did do, finally, so please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLOWER STORe because you will regret it!!”
“They never sent the flowers! I even called to check on it during the day and they said that they would arrive by six.
At six I called again and they said that they were sorry and could offer me 20percent refund and they would send them in two days. What a joke this company is. Do not trust them with your special day!”
“Very disappointed .. I paid for it one day delivery service and the flowers never reached the person they were supposed to be delivered to I've called and emailed customer service got the runaround and they promised that they were going to redeliver them the next day only to find out that was a lie and I was misleaded and the flowers had to wait an extra 4 days to be redelivered to the recipient's address I asked who the florist was they said they're not allowed to give that information however the flowers that were supposed to be delivered to the recipient's address is somewhere else and it just seems like flowers for you or all for their florist and don't really care about their customers. I gave him enough time to rectify and correct this situation and ask them to redeliver the flowers the day after they were supposed to they guaranteed and promised me only to find out it wasn't important for them to be on top of everything I will never order from this company again not only was I upset and frustrated but customer service did nothing to help but only make the situation worse.
And there's still no guarantees that my flowers will be delivered 4 days after the date that I wanted them to be delivered”
“The flowers looked nothing like what I ordered and they did not deliver the complete order(I ordered something else in addition to the flowers). It was so disappointing, especially the reasoning behind the order today. Today was a year anniversary of this individuals mother passing. We really wanted to show love and appreciation on this day, but instead subpar service was given. Just disappointing. They gave 27.14 back, but it really was a check the box and keep going. Just was very unfortunate no care shown towards the customer or the recipient of the flowers:-(.”
“I had a horrible experience. What I ordered and what I got were 2 very different things. If I had seen a picture of what I actually received I would NEVER have ordered it. I didn’t want to spoil everyone’s Easter so I took the 20% discount. As an added complaint, I oiled barely understand what the 2 people I spoke with were saying. Very frustrating. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!”

“I usually read reviews before I place an order. Unfortunately I did not do that this time and I’m totally regretting it. I don’t know what this company even is because I placed an order online from them but the flowers that were received were from “Buds and Blooms” so I guess they just farm it out to other companies which I could’ve done that myself and save the middleman. The flowers were horrible looked nothing like what was pictured. I ordered the medium size exactly what I’m going to show in the picture that I’m posting I will never order from them again and would not recommend them. I did send them an email explaining to them the issue and received a generic automated message back. They did refund me $12.84 out of an almost $60 total order, not sure how they came up with that amount, as it was not a personal response that seemed specific to me or my situation. I gave one star simply because they did deliver some flowers, and responded quickly to my complaint, but that’s all that was good about it”
“This is the worst flower company I have ever dealt with. They were supposed to deliver my order on a Monday they didn't deliver it I called. I gave them a chance to deliver it on Tuesday they didn't deliver it I called again. They were supposed to deliver it on Wednesday they still didn't deliver it. I called for the last time and demanded all of my money back. They did refund my money. Call 1-800-Flowers. Never ordered from this company.”
“Worst experience ever I ordered flowers with a four hour window. We have passed a four hour mark and still no flowers to be delivered. I called their customer service and was told I should’ve paid for expedited service. These people are the worst if you see this come up in your Google run as fast as you can do not do business with them not only do I not have flowers I’m out $80 for a bouquet that never showed up”
“A few hours after purchase I get told I was "randomly selected for review" and a woman asked for my full credit card. When I told her I already gave that information online, she told me they would be cancelling my order if I didn't give them the info.
Will be disputing any charges with my bank and leaving bad reviews where able.”
“Boyfriend wanted to get me flowers, he ordered them Monday, was supposed to be same day shipping, didn’t come and said it’ll be here Tuesday, then on Tuesday it switched to Wednesday now they claim there’s no florists near me which is false bc there are bc we bought flowers from FromyouFlowers before. The also only refunded $3 for the same day delivery even though it was almost $20. Don’t buy from them or have them deliver you’ll just never get your flowers”
