“Said my flowers were delivered to my very elderly mom for her birthday and she never received. Now I have to wait to hear what happened via email. How does that happen?”
“Terrible!! Ordered flowers to be delivered the day before my daughter’s birthday. Paid for expedited shipping to arrive early before class. Nothing. Finally got an email that it was delivered at 5:40. We never found the flowers. I called back Friday morning and was promised a bigger arrangement would be delivered. Never happened. Then I got an email that it would be delivered 4 days later…way after her birthday. They offered me a 20% discount. I told them I wanted nothing from them and demanded my full refund immediately. This left my child, away from home for the first time on her birthday alone, with no gift. I was very upset! Don’t use them. Go straight to your local floral.”
“Really disappointing. I ordered a deluxe arrangement, and a small arrangement was delivered, with completely different flowers than illustrated on the order form. I was hopeful the company would correct the problem when I insisted they send the *correct* bouquet the following day. But while that bouquet was larger, it still didn't match the picture, and, the flowers were awful. I could have purchased a bouquet at a grocery store and got my sister a nicer arrangement. $90 down the tube. Can't recommend this company.”
“I ordered roses, asked them to be delivered on Tuesday, paid $70.00 for this order. They sent a tracking number, I tracked the order, it left around 5:00 a.m. Monday, Tracking said it would be delivered by 7 pm Tuesday, which made me think the condition they would be in by time they arrived. Called the company when order hadn't arrived, the call was routed in another country. They told me I could track it. I had already told them I had done that, which wasn't helping the delivery. He told me they would be delivered on Wednesday by 7 pm. I explained they were supposed to be delivered by Tuesday and I was quite sure they had to be in poor condition by Tuesday. Well they arrived on Wednesday DEAD! If you moved them the petals fell off several at a time.”
“I wish I could give a -5 review! The fact that they're still in business is shocking to me. The customer service is non existent. They clearly don't care about providing a service or even having integrity. They make promises with no intention of delivering on them. It took FOUR DAYS to have my arrangement delivered (it was supposed to be a same day delivery). On the 4th day, they said they couldn't provide the same arrangement but would make a substitution. The arrangement looked like it was put together with flowers from Walmart. When I complained they gave me a complimentary delivery. The complimentary delivery still hasn't shown up (FIVE DAYS LATER). I suggest calling ANY OTHER florist but this one.”
“I will never again purchase anything from this website. I paid over 70.00 for flowers and a custom vase for my sister’s birthday who lives across the US from me. I wanted it to be special. The flowers received were nothing like the picture, nor worth the money. I wish I would have read the reviews first. Next time I will purchase from a local flower shop.”
“I ordered 282 called the rainbow bouquet for her friends viewing. She had the most beautiful personality and I wanted a colorful gorgeous bouquet. What was sent was a very muted doll arrangement that was half the width of the picture of the version that I ordered. It looked more like a $50 arrangement than $100 arrangement, I was disappointed and embarrassed. He did not want to be tacky and take a picture of flowers at a funeral viewing, but I wish I had taken a picture. I just tried the chat function on The from you flowers.com site to express my dissatisfaction but it didn’t work.”

“If I could give them a 0 I would. My mom passed away. My sister used this site before so we ordered three orders from them to be delivered the day before the early morning service. At 5:00 we called the funeral home. NO FLOWERS. From You Flowers had no idea because the contracted florist wasn’t answering the phone. We had to scramble looking for flowers for a 9 am service the next morning. My advice is to Use a local florist because that’s who helped us.
The next morning one of the sprays showed up. It looked like it was in a hot car all day and night. It was terrible and I paid over $200 for it.
They did refund our money, but if it wasn’t for a local florist we would have had no flowers from her children. They are terrible.”

I got some flowers for someone and she never got the message of sympathy I wrote, I also wrote my name, well they wrote my initials for my name and my last name which are my daughter too, so the person assumed it was my daughter that sent them. The advertisement said 35.00 they charged 60.24 😡 I called them so they only returned 9.39 dollars and I couldn’t understand the person 😟”
“I ordered my niece flowers for her birthday. I had delivery set up for the day before her birthday. She got a call on Saturday the florist was too busy to deliver and would bring Monday. After her birthday. I was never notified, so that possibly I could purchase elsewhere. Offered 20% off flowers, not delivery or other fees. Big deal, the purpose was to get to my niece for her Birthday, not two days later. Never again!”
