“The worst experience ever!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! I ordered an assorted arrangement, terrible. I was not happy and attempted to allow them to fix the issue by letting them replace the first still horrible (which I still had to pay for they only gave me a 20% refund) They would not issue a refund, only 30% of the cost of the flower only for the second arrangement. Both times I ordered the deluxe for the wow factor and I got a wow factor alright a wow they are horrible!!! I was so embarrassed by both arrangements and I'm even more upset that From You Flowers would not refund my money. I tried to get them to make it right, but the customer service was just as bad. Never again!!”
“I Ordered a sympathy arrangement that contained blue iris, white roses, and white daisies. I spent quite a long time picking the perfect arrangement for my friend. My friend sent a picture of the arrangement after it arrived and I was shocked to see they were completely different flowers, no blues, no roses And was not nearly as nice as the picture. I contacted the company, They initially said they were allowed to switch flowers although they switched all the flowers and it only resembled the original order in that it had some white flowers. They then refunded me 30% of the price. Be careful when ordering as there’s no way to know what they are actually sending. Also, since they send a different arrangement, you don’t know what the upgrade to premium looks like or if they actually did it.”
“Flowers were not delivered for my sister’s birthday. I received an email telling me that they were sorry and that they would deliver them the day after her birthday with an apology card….
That is just bad business.

“Agreeing with advise not to use this company, I ordered from South Africa. I had to call them twice to verify my order otherwise they wouldn’t process the order. Flowers were not as per the picture, I also ordered a gift basket which they said will arrive a day later, gave some stupid excuse, gift basket was also not what was ordered, only one item in the basket was the same as what was ordered. FedEx attempted to deliver as there was no one home for signature but no one even called my niece to check. Then they said to collect parcel at the FedEx facility or wait another day… extremely disappointed and the prices were totaly overpriced.”

“I ordered flowers the same day delivery. Also I selected and paid for four hour delivery. Not only with the flowers late they never showed up. The company did not give me a refund so I had to call my financial institution and cancel the payment. I will never use them again, the staff is unprofessional and they don’t listen to the customer.”
“I've used them once before about a year ago and said I wouldn't use them again. By mistake(thinking I had clicked on 1800flowers), I placed another order through them. They didn't deliver on the day that was requested, so they said they would do an upgrade on the bouquet for the inconvenient. I was there when the flowers were delivered and there was no upgrade. Very disappointed with this company and will not being using them ever again. I've now programmed the correct # in my phone so I won't make that mistake again.”
“Damn I should've read the reviews before ordering. Was ordering a flower bunch to give to a friend for the loss of her grandmother, completely under the assumption that the order will actually arrive the next day before 5pm. I've called 3 times and its now 4:30pm. Nothing of course in the order confirmation even shows that the order is shipping or a delivery method period. Too bad for assuming the best. Never again will I order from this company and if anyone else knows better than I do, they won't either. Stick with a local company who will provide accurate details when you're expecting an order that you've PAID for. Charge back pending on my credit card for sure. Stay Away from this company people!”
“I have tried twice using this service. Both times I gave ordered I got an email saying the order was canceled due to no availability of a floral service in the recipient’s area. If there was a means to give this company zero stars, I would. Their customer service is deplorable, and they give a high-sell pitch with the wording to “redeliver at another date@ or offer a gift certificate. They do not take no for an answer very well. They sent me a confirmation email notifying me of a refund. It is also very difficult to get a manager on the line when customer service gets difficult. Do not use this company for any reason!”
“I would give a zero if I could. My husband had flowers and a bear ordered for me and sent to my place of employment. The delivery person never attempted to deliver the item to the main office of the school. (We were all still in school and we have a full time person at the entrance to let people into the building). The delivery person did not even even leave it by the front door, they left it by a light pole behind a pillar at then end of the school's property. The bear was taken the flowers knocked over and it was found, with my card, by our morning custodian who was doing his rounds.
This was meant to be a special moment for me and my health journey and was ruined by an inconsiderate, irresponsible delivery person.
When we called, they did give us a full refund but did not help the moment.”
“I made the mistake of using this company before checking the reviews. Shortly after buying flowers from them I tried to cancel, of course they wouldn’t let me. I guess I should be thankful the flowers weren’t wilted but, they were not arranged as advertised. I highly recommend you by your flowers from somewhere else.”
“Ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday and they never came on time. I had just had surgery and wanted something nice and easy I could send to her out of town. They said they would have it to her by 5pm-they are now almost three hours late. I dont believe she will ever get them as I wasted $50. Called ups which they said they used since flowers I ordered were out of stock at local florist. I called customer service-they said there was nothing they could do. Never use this company-absolutely horrible—a scam if there ever was one.”
