I had to call customer service twice to be told that my order can no longer be delivered because the florist is closed when my order should have been delivered the day before. Customer service does nothing for the customer”

“I had flowers set to be delivered to my 80 year old mother at a cost of $186.77 on December 24th. Now it is 6pm and they have not been delivered, and I just received an email saying the address is too remote. However they have delivered to this address several times before.
Now they’ve replied saying they can deliver on 12/31. apparently it’s not too remote for New Years Eve. I’m filing a chargeback and never using this company again after being a long time repeat customer.
It’s sad to see a business destroyed overnight but that’s what happens when they let thousands of people down on a holiday and understaff with phone reps from foreign countries.”

“Flowers were apparently substituted slightly. There is nothing slightly about this. They went from congratulations bouquets to what i couldve picked up at walmart for a fracture of the price. I ordered a “special flower arrangement with a figurine”that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. 12/23. I ordered them last week. There was a total run around with From you Flowers . They said they were delivered yesterday 12/23, they were not, then they said they would be delivered today, 12/24, they are not ! Then they changed to Friday the 27th ( I called customer service 3x only to get a different story every time. All of their customer service representatives speak broken English and are barely legible.
Also they said there may be a slight change to the arrangement, I said they had to be the same ones with no changes. I called again and the Rep. said they were being delivered the 27th with NO substitutions.
I asked for a refund and tried to order from someone else, and they can’t be found, they don’t deliver to that area, etc. I have ordered flowers for her before and they do deliver flowers to that area.
These were for my Daughters birthday on Dec 27.
There are no flowers to be delivered. I spent over 100$+
I am supposedly getting a refund from From you Flowers.
I am very upset as these are sold on holidays only. I hadn’t heard of From You Flowers before and thought I’d try it. I was a little hesitant, but it was advertised with other vendors I had ordered from before. Harry and David, Shari’s berries, Cheryl’s cookies, etc. From you flowers was listed with them so I thought it would be ok. I was wrong! I am totally devastated because she sent my flowers from Illinois and I received them on time. I took a picture of them and sent it to my Daughter, they are beautiful. So I told her I ordered the same one for her and she was ecstatic!
Now there are no flowers available for her birthday. I haven’t told her yet. She is expecting flowers Friday 12/27.
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had!

This has ruined my plans for Christmas Eve dinner tonight and I cancelled my reservations. These are special collection flowers that have a lit up centerpiece. Not just regular flowers. This is for a large dining table. My Daughter will have no flowers for her birthday or for her dining table .

I got an email half way through the next day saying my flowers wouldn’t be delivered that day but would be delivered within the next two days. They wont even be in the hospital at that point. “Do NOT buy flowers from Flowers for you!! I order several flower arrangements to be delivered by 12/23/24. They did not deliver them! I was left in the lurch and was embarrassed as I had told the people who invited me for Christmas Eve that they would be receiving a flower arrangement. There is one thing a flower delivery site must do and that is deliver the flowers on the date they had promised. “They gave me a delivery date that they didn’t abide by and changed the date two times, ultimately saying that they would deliver my Christmas flowers one day after Christmas! I read several reviews about how they never deliver by the proposed delivery date and their scamming ways. Ultimately, I demanded a refund and if what I read is true, I’m going to have to fight like hell for my money.

“I ordered a beautiful Christmas arrangement for family who is across the country from us. Expecting (not the same) but a close enough arrangement I was extremely disappointed with what was delivered. I opted to even upgrade the flowers to a “delux” option When I say what was delivered was not even alike what was on the website is a complete understatement because it didn’t even look like the basic order. The flowers and addings advertised were not even in the arrangement, the pictures showed a pop gold and some color the flowers delivered had no color other than basic white small flowers. For having paid almost $90 for an arrangement was a joke then their try at fixing the problem was to issue a $13 refund because that’ll get anything in their website or fix their mistake”

“Terrible service. Ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday. Paid a little extra to make sure they were there the next day. No biggie, my fault for waiting! I waited all day and then received an email they were delivered, but unfortunately they were not. My parents even drove around the neighborhood to see if they got the house wrong. Nothing in site. So I called this company and they apologized and said they’d resend them out and they’d be there by Sunday ( next day) perfect! Sunday came and nothing, Monday came and nothing. When I called back to see what is going on, they did not have any “reorder” going out, and said they process it now but it wouldn’t be there until after the new year. ( they were suppose to be delivered the 21st!) I said absolutely not and to refund me. They told me they could not refund me but could give me a 10 dollar ONLINE CREDIT. lol no, not accepting that after I paid over 100 dollars for flowers they weren’t delivered not once but twice.
Called my bank immediately and they disputed the charges.”

“I ordered a Christmas bouquet for My senior citizen schizophrenic sister, living in a nursing home type place to be delivered four days before Christmas. Since I live along ways away and she will be getting no visitors from family, I wanted her to know in the holiday season she wasn’t forgotten. I scheduled for Dec 21st, and was notified on the 21st that the bouquet wasn’t delivered but would be delivered on the 23rd. By noon on the 21st it hadn’t as yet been delivered. On a 50.00 order, which includes delivery, I was refunded 5.00. Terrible service, and the 5.00 hardlybrecompenses dor this lousy service. I will never order from them again.”
“I placed an order online on 12/23/24 at 7:30am. I paid $4.99 for expedited delivery, $2.99 for same day delivery and $15.99 for delivery. My order total was $96.76. My order was supposed to be delivered on 12/23/24 by 12:pm. I received an email at 2:30pm 12/23 which stated,
Unfortunately, our florists in your recipient’s area did not have the item that you requested and has contacted us to see if a substitution of a beautiful florist designed floral arrangement would be acceptable. We will need your permission before we can proceed with the substitution and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

She did offer my 30% off if I agreed to delivery on 12/26/24. No other solution was offered. I cancelled my order all together and I will NEVER us this service again!”

I have order multiple times and EVERY time there is either a change to the delivery date(which I charged extra to be delivered on a specific date) or the flower design that I picked out arrived COMPLETELY different. Horrible horrible company. All google reviews are fake the normal customer can't even put a review on there it's all bots.”
