“I paid extra to have my mom's flowers delivered the Friday before Mother's Day. The flowers weren't delivered until the Monday afterward. The flowers were dead and moldy upon receipt! They also did not include the vase I requested and paid extra for. This company is a joke! I will NEVER use them again!”

“Worst customer service. My Mother’s Day flowers that I ordered a week ahead of time were supposed to be delivered on Saturday. They weren’t. I called on Sunday they said they will definitely be delivered that day. They weren’t. I called the company and their response to me was we can give you a $2.99 refund. Otherwise there is nothing they can do about it and said it very rudely. I don’t understand how a company that is a delivery service can say they can deliver something and then don’t especially when it is a holiday. I will never ever using this company again.”

“How is this company still in business? I'm angry at myself for not researching into this company before ordering. Like many others, I expected to have flowers delivered for Mothers day....3PM on Sunday? No flowers. 5PM? No flowers. Contacted customer support (outsourced from another country) they said wait until 6PM and kept copy and pasting generic responses with no sympathy for their errors. 7PM? No flowers. I told them to just cancel the order as it was obviously not going to be delivered that day.
This was supposed to be a special day for my mom and it was important that they were delivered as I ordered them weeks in advance. Flowers are something that is time sensitive and supposed to be delivered on special occasions. Don't take on business if you can't handle the demand and don't make promises you can't keep, especially with a sensitive issue like this.
I'm convinced this company is 100% scamming customers and cancelling orders and issuing partial refunds. They said they cancelled my order and issues a refund and I did see an email saying the refund would be paid in FULL in 1-3 business days, so I will update this review when that happens. Absolutely terrible company.”

My wife ordered flowers for my MIL...FYFlowers says they were delivered, her Mother hasn't received them. Our first, and very last, experience with this company...despite their gracious $10 gift certificate to use on a future order. Ha! Not with a gun to my head would I even click on their website again...stick your certificate up your bouquet!”

“If I could leave 0 stars I would. A few days prior to Mother's day I placed 2 orders. 1 to my house for my wife and the other to Texas for my daughter in law. I elected Saturday delivery for the Texas order because she would be home. It came on Friday when no one was home, was left on the porch in the heat and came in a box where everything had to be assembled yourself. The Arizona order just came today and the flowers were dried out and half of them were already dying. It was half the flowers shown in the picture and no Boe like pictured. I spent over $200 on both orders and after calling and being promised a 50% refund I got $50 back. Not 50%. I'll never order from this company again. Complete rip off.”
“This company flat out SUCKS. Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day 6 days prior to Mother’s Day. Delivery date was scheduled for sat or Sunday on Mother’s Day weekend. ON Mother’s Day, my delivery was updated to Monday. WHATS THE POINT IF THEY DONT ARRIVE ON MOTHERS DAY!!!!! Called From You Flowers, all they could say was “sorry” and asked if I wanted a discount or a coupon. ABSOLUTELY NOT. They said they would refund half of my order back to me. Received an email saying they only refunded me “same day shipping fee”, when I didn’t even pay for the same day shipping fee. Then received another email that said IT WAS DELAYED AGAIN for Tuesday now. This company is terrible. Stay FAR FAR FAR AWAY. Been on the phone with customer service now waiting for 25 minutes to be connected with a supervisor. DO NOT order from this company. Don’t accept their discounts or coupons as justification for their poor customer service. Just give your business to someone else.”
“The worst service I've ever had!!! I ordered flowers for mothers day. It was supposed to be delivered on Friday 5/10/2024 but it never got delivered. So I emailed them to change the delivery to Monday 5/13/2024. I got an email on Friday 5/10/2024 saying it was delivered on 5/13/2024. How the hell they going to send me an email on Friday saying it was delivered on Monday!!!! Than I called them and they said it shows it was delivered. So I asked for a full refund. “Flowers arrived as ordered 2 days before Mother's Day 5/10 but were mostly old and half dead a few flowers were salvaged all the rest went straight to trash!
Called and was told they would send out a reorder for delivery on Monthers Day 5/12. Never arrived so I checked tracking and it said reorder delivery was made for 5/14 not 5/12 as I was told. Will be calling again. 2 days after Mother's Day not acceptable when I ordered early to make sure she could enjoy for all of Mother's Day weekend.
Do Not recommend ordering anything from this company. BBB will be hearing from me. Poor quality, dishonest, poor customer service.”
