Hello. I've used your service many times now. And while they've been late on occasion, you've always made it right. This time however, not only were the mothers day flowers late, they were dead. And, the replacement flowers also arrived dead. 3 of them fell off while opening the box. So, unless you can convince me that I will never receive flowers from whichever florist was used for this order, I'll not use your service again. I've literally received 2 orders of dead flowers, late...& laid $75 for them. This is absolutely terrible. I've attached images for your review, including the ones that fell off, as they're in the trash, the day we got them, today. All I can say is wow.”
“My Mother's Day flowers were never delivered to my mom. I called, they promised to deliver them 5 days later. They again did not come. I called again and they said they would deliver them same day. They did not. I called again and they tried to offer me a 20% refund. I demanded a full refund which they finally gave to me. My mother never got her Mother's Day flowers.”
“Ordered Flowers for Mothers Day and the arrangement that was delivered was completely unacceptable. For the amount that was spent ($90+) to get wilted brown flowers delivered to your mother was just beyond disappointing. I contacted the company showing them pictures and even saying how I understood it was a very busy weekend and was not looking for a refund but for the arrangement to be replaced sometime that week. I was emailed back saying they would refund me 30%. The amount they sent back was not even 30% of what was paid. As a online company customer service is extremely lacking, they did not feel incline to make the situation right but just to refund me barely what I paid in shipping. I would not waste your hard earned money on embarrassing flowers that would not impress anyone. Don’t rely on their fancy photos bc what will arrive will be nothing like it.”
“They never delivered the Mother's Day flowers I ordered a week in advance. I even scheduled the delivery for Saturday (the day before Mother's Day) to avoid any issues. When called, they said they would redeliver and never did. Then they offered a crappy 10% refund and to deliver the flowers 6 days after Mother's Day. Save yourself the headache of talking to someone in India (who has no ability to make things right) and go with another company.”

They didn’t look the best when I unboxed them. 2 days later they were turning brown and falling to pieces! All the money she spent for what? Dead flowers? “Like most others here, I would have given 0 stars if it were an option. I received flowers for Mother's Day that never ever opened. It was strange enough to receive flowers that I couldn't instantly enjoy, but I thought at least I would get the most out of them once they bloomed. 1 day, 2 days, 3 days went by. We're on day 6 and they are dying without ever blooming.
My husband emailed requesting a refund and instead received a $15 coupon toward his next order, which is the same as doing nothing, as you are well aware. I have sent another request for a full refund, left a complaint with the BBB and this negative review.”

“I ordered flowers and paid for expedited service. They never contacted me until I reached out when my DIL did not comment on the flowers. They missed the deadline and suggested a 20% discount to send them 9 days later! It's was a funeral! It was difficult to understand customer service (language barrier) and they kept "disconnecting". When I did, it was difficult to get the refunded. They wanted to discount several different ways. I was embarrassed by the lack of flowers sent. Do not use them. I agree with the others they say it is a scam and they are not reliable.”
