“I placed an order for a funeral on 1/21/24, and requested delivery on 1/26/24, the day before the funeral. They sent me a confirmation that the flowers had been delivered on 1/26/24, which was Untrue! I went to the funeral home on 1/26/24!
The flowers were actually delivered to the funeral home today, which is Tuesday, 1/30/24; 3 days after the funeral! The person was buried last Saturday on 1/27/24! Totally disappointed!”
“We paid top-tier for a PREMIUM full, beautiful arrangement to honor someone's life, with roses and other coordinating flowers.... and what was received looked like a handful of field flowers picked by a child and stuck in a vase.... and NO roses!
I wish we had the presence of mind to take a photo, but this was a funeral service and it would have been in poor taste to do so.
An offer of 30% refund was made to us. Laughable, considering we received 30% of what we paid for.
Will never do business with this company again.”
“I ordered flowers for my niece's 25th birthday. I selected the "premium" bouquet since it was such a special birthday. What she received was a lot smaller than the picture of what I ordered. What she received was the size of the "regular" bouquet. I am very disappointed in what she received. She loved them and thought they were beautiful, but she didn't see what i actually ordered. I contacted the company and they refunded $15.26, that is not even the difference between the regular and the premium bouquet. I won't be ordered from here FromYouFlowers again.”

“This is the worst company. I ordered my Mother flowers day before her birthday. It was same day delivery so it would be there on her birthday. I receive an email stating " We are sorry for the inconvenience but the delivery is going to be a day late. I contacted the company and reassured it was going to arrive on the 25th. I contacted the company to confirm that delivery was going to be made today. The representative informed me my order was at the florist and delivery was going out today. Much to my surprise I receive another email hour later. This is email stated, " We apologize for the inconvenience however there is a delay your order won't be delivered until the 26th. I was lied to by the representative I had to fight to get a full refund. My mother did not receive her flowers. I am disgusted by the lack of customer service. I was told I can give you 10% off and flowers will be delivered on the 26th. . I really felt this company did not care about my order, my special occasion or me as an individual from my interaction with customer service. This place is complete GARBAGE!!”

“I purchased on January 22nd from fromyouflowers.com the Charming Garden of Love flower bouquet same-day delivery. I'll NEVER order from them again. It look like the delivery guy hit every bump in the road and through these flowers all over the place. It looks as if the person who arranged these flowers went skimpy on the materials and could not even find similar or even close to like flowers. You can easily count six different flowers in the online photo bouquet but once delivered there was only two different type of flowers and some kind of huge green leaves thrown in there…and they were all falling out of the vase and could barely stand on their own. It looks like they ran out of flowers and couldn't even make it look like a full bouquet nowhere near worth the money I spent…I called customer service immediately and they were trying to down play and get me to accept low-ball offers ….they finally offered me a 50% refund so I figured this was the best I was going to get. They said it take two to three business days to get the refund and when the refund finally hit it wasn't even 30% refund. I don't think The customer service representative can do simple math…Even if they were just figuring on the cost of the flowers alone and not the delivery cost or taxes they were still nowhere near 50%... I really felt this company did not care about my order, my special occasion or me as an individual from my interaction with the delivery all the way through my phone call conversation with customer service.”

They did not look like the picture at all.I ordered the deluxe size.It looked like it could be an arrangement for a child.I was extremely embarrassed .The flowers were for a beloved member of our church,who was 95 when he died.All the other flowers there were beautiful the ones I got made me look like I bought the cheapest flowers I could find.I was mortified.I will never ever order from them again”
“Paid for expedited delivery, the flowers were late… the company discounted me 30%. Doesn’t make up for the disappointment of the delivery being late and the recipient not being there to receive the flowers for their birthday.”
“I have ordered from this company twice. The first time was flowers for my wife which were supposed to be delivered at a specific time that I paid extra for and they were not delivered until about 4 hours after that time. This time, I ordered something to be delivered to the exact same address and they were supposed to be there on a certain day but no certain time and it is now two days later and they still aren't there.
When I go to tracking it says that they tried to deliver them on the day that it was supposed to be delivered but had the wrong street address name and now when I track it it says that they're trying to deliver it again but they have the wrong street address number. That can only be possible if somebody at the from you Flowers company messed up because they have delivered to that address before as I formerly stated. When you contact them through email or other means they say that they will have someone get back to you shortly and then no one gets back to you. Don't waste your time and the only reason I gave them two stars was because my wife said that the flowers were nice when she received them but I have yet to see if this other order is any good.”
“If there was a minus 1 star that would be my choice. Their customer service and standing behind their products and promises is disgusting! A $59 bouquet that I ordered to be delivered to my sister in Terlingua, Texas arrived with broken stems and dead flowers. I have photos that she sent to me. The company has "graciously" (total anger and sarcasm) offered a $15 refund. I will never use this company again and will find every venue possible to save others from this situation.”
“Avoid. Ordered flowers early on 1/17/24 for my mom's birthday on 1/18/'24, received notification late on 1/18/'24 that they couldn't fill the order (too late for me to find alternate). On the only 10 min she was out on 1/19/'24 they tried delivering, and declared they would not try again for the day (plenty of business hours left today), and so they will try on 1/20/'24. They failed and really didn't try hard to fix the situation. They offered a 20% refund. Again, avoid this company.”
