“Placed 2 separate orders for same day delivery with expedited service. I got an email saying they would be delivered by 6pm and refunded me the expedited service. An hr later got another email saying the florist didn’t have the flowers so I had to cancel that order. 3 hrs later I got an email saying the second order was delivered but it never was. They offered discounts but I said they could keep them. Will never use them again for flowers. Awful first time customer experience!”
“The flowers arrived in a box with the flower stems in a jar without any moist packing which is the standard. 24 roses with about 6 that were brownish and never opened.
I would strongly suggest shopping elsewhere.”
“Don’t order from them!!! Worst customer service!!! Flowers were never delivered even know they sent me a email delivered!!! When they called the florist the driver told them nobody was home! I said I’m sitting right here and we have cameras nobody came here?? Then was told they can’t come back! The next day still no flowers they said it’s under investigation??? After 15 minutes of them offering me 20% discount I told her I wanted a refund they said they can’t do that either till investigation was over. Long story short flowers came dead!!!”

“I have used 1800 flowers for years and it seemed like the last few times I have gone with them that what I ordered was always so off what was now granted I get some colors might be off due to supply or season however not everytime and not carnations instead of roses that is way off. So unfortunately my mom recently passed and I wanted to have flowers in the house with her surviving spouse plus she just wanted flowers around always . So they had this beautiful purple and lavender with white roses and a crystal cross piece that was I. There sympathy section and I knew that was perfect I decided to go with the xlarge version as it was well deserved. Not that price is an issue for this situation however it was so much less then most flower companies I have ordered in the past and I will say the the presentation was exceptional spot on . I will never use another company moving forward. Thank you so much for lighting up the living room once again.”
“I tried to get flowers delivered to a friend who was in the hospital. She never received them after I received confirmation that they had been delivered. I called the company and asked for a refund.It’s obvious that their drivers don’t follow directions.”

“I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday with delivery scheduled for July 9. I was contacted on July 9 and told via email that the flowers could not be delivered until the next day and I would receive a $3.17 refund. On July 10, I contacted them when the flowers were still not received. I was told they would arrive that day. At the end of the day on July 10, I was emailed and offered a 10% credit on a future purchase because they could not deliver until July 11. I asked to cancel the order and expect a full refund. Do not ever purchase from this company. Total fraud. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.”

“Do not buy from this company. I ordered for delivery on my anniversary. Paid the extra shipping fee. At 4pm I received an email that it would not be delivered. They offered to deliver the next day. I call and told them to cancel and refund the entire order immediately. They pushed back a bit and then finally agreed, but said ti would take 1-3 days. They offered no explanation when I asked why they waited until I could no longer order form someplace else.”
“A friend has sent me two succulent arrangements in the last year. They originally looked nice; however, both of them died not long after receipt. I made it a point not to overwater and only gave them a couple teaspoons once a week. So sad.”
“I wish I had read reviews before ordering. My brother passed and I ordered 2 standing sprays to be delivered the day before just to ensure we got them on time. The first contractor canceled stating she did not have a delivery driver. Then customer service called and went over the order again. Never received the sprays on delivery date. Called them the morning if funeral at 8:15 am. They ensured me they would be there by 10:00 am. Received a call at 10:00 stating they could not deliver on time and would deliver to the residence with a 20% discount. I had to REALLY push for a full refund because who needs funeral sprays AFTER the funeral!”
