“I placed an order lastweek for my friend who's recently was diagnosed with cancer..I ordered dozens of pink roses & she received maybe 8 white roses..which is not what I ordered called to make a complaint the man who I spoke to was very rude & said he can only due 20 percent off & hung up on me after requesting to speak with a manager..I would never used this company again, definitely not worth it..”

“Totally dissatisfied with these people. They have truly embarrassed me and my staff, by not providing ANY service. Floral arrangements were made, days in advance, for a very special occasion, and they faild to deliver on time, or at all. it is now two days past the special occasion and they are still saying they are waiting on the florist. They state that NO florist has the floral arrangements I am requesting. Not true. They have the arrangements but 80.00 more that this company has posted on their web site, so the florist is not filling the order. Im now two days without what I paid for, and they want to bicker about giving me a full refund.”
“Very disappointed! Paid $78 for flowers to be delivered for my wife’s birth day. I bought the purple bouquet because it’s her favorite color. It even had “purple” in the title of the bouquet. They came pink, bright pink. Wilted leaves and wilted petals. Not even the same arrangement that I ordered. I am so disappointed and embarrassed that she received them. I also paid extra for a birthday balloon that wasn’t even inflated more than halfway. I contacted customer service and they refunded me $20. So I still pid $70 for the wrong bouquet, wrong color, and dead petals and leaves and very dead balloon.”
“Please think about using another florist before you use them. I placed my order three days before my sisters funeral. on the day of the funeral the flowers never showed up. I was so devastated as this spray was to represent nieces and nephews. I called to get a refund and they were still trying to send me the flowers. “The WORST florist on the internet. NEVER deliver when they are supposed to. Flowers look NOTHING like what was pictured and ordered. Save your money and buy them from the lady on the street corner and you will have a better product and experience!!”
“DO NOT give your business to From You Flowers!!!! They are the WORST! I tried them several times within a three week period . I sent two arrangements to friends. Next I sent flowers for a funeral, and paid for Sunday delivery as the funeral was scheduled for 10 am. They NEVER made it. They gave me $75 in attempts to rectify the non delivery and refused my money back. However The following week I used the $75 gift certificate and I sent another funeral arrangement and again it was for a Monday at 10 am service.
The flowers were not delivered until the day of the funeral after the funeral was OVER at 11:45. When I called I spoke with 3 representatives/managers who said “the flowers were complimentary. The also will not identify the contracted florist who makes/delivers the flowers. WTH???? In addition, some of the customer representatives are from other cultures and understanding them was highly difficult.
I am a business owner and integrity is important. Take your business elsewhere!!!! Oh, then they sent me via email another $25 gift certificate which I will NOT use. Money is green and it spends anywhere!”
