“They gave me a partial refund because what they delivered DID NOT MATCH THE PICTURE. What arrived was shriveled and drying flowers and mostly greens to fill out a smaller vase than expected for a premium package.
I will NEVER use them again and did so this time because of their delivery window.”
“I also would choose less than zero if I could! I’m so angry at myself for looking at the reviews before using this company! How do they stay in business?!!! I’m also in another state. My sister had a much awaited transplant surgery one week after her only child gave birth to her first grandchild. Recovery far from home, I wanted to cheer her up for Mother’s Day. Spent $68 and the bouquet was pathetic and required her to put it together. I paid for vase and balloon thinking it would be delivered as pictured on the website. Plus the personal card you could add was nowhere to be found so she didn’t even know who had sent them. Ridiculous! They are complete frauds taking people’s money!”

“Ordered flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day! I was given delivery date of May11, the day before Mother’s Day! Flowers were not delivered until May 13, the day after Mother’s Day! The first time I called customer service, agent assured me they would arrive on Sunday, May 12! Of course they did not arrive then! In my second call to customer service the agent literally negotiated a refund! Not all of it as I expected, but first 20%, then 30%, then 50%! I actually got $15 back after spending $70! Pathetic customer service!! Will never use this so called business again and neither should anyone else!!”
“I received a Mother's Day gift from my daughter. It contained 2 yellow roses they had been crushed, 5 stems of chrysanthemums that were smashed together in a vase that was too small to accommodate them. Each stem held multiple smaller stems of blooms. There was also one stem of several lily buds. About 4 of the buds had broken off the stem. This was a poorly put together bouquet. There was no arrangement. Everything was jammed into the case.”
“If I could leave zero stars … I would. I ordered one dozen rainbow roses for Mothers Day. Not only did they arrive 3 days late… they were turning black and there were only 6 roses.

“My son ordered flowers for me 3 weeks before Mother's Day so they would get to me in time. He called Saturday and asked me if I received them, I did not! Then he called the company and they told they would deliver Monday after Mother's Day. I was home all day never delivered. He called and asked for a refund today. If they can't handle an order that was given weeks ago they can't handle anything. I would never recommend them. Our children who live far from us try to do what they can for their parents and this company is no help at ALL!”
“I spent $54.09 for a dozen of roses and I got scammed by them I didn’t receive what I ordered so I requested a refund they didn’t want to do it they just sent me back $6.49 basically they stole my money”

“Apparently my daughter didn’t look at your company’s ratings before sending my Mother’s Day flowers. My guess is that most of the ratings would be 0 if there was one on the scale. My flowers arrived on time but were mostly wilted and some dead. No moisture at all for them - the green foam or individual vials. The only positive thing is that the box of 4 chocolates were good. How does a company like this stay in business?”
“They did not deliver what was ordered. The flowers were dead before Mother's Day. Called them numerous times...Each time was told they were going to redeliver the order (after being put on hold for over an hour and having to repeat all my information numerous times). They kept lying and wasting my time.
Do yourself a favor and never use this company. Read the reviews. If you are a florist don't associate with this company...they will ruin your reputation . Had to ask for a full refund . Will see if i ever get it or if i will have to take legal action”

Flowers ordered yo be delivered on Mothers Day never delivered despite paying extra for same day service. 3 phone calls today promising me they will contact the florist and be delivered as soon as possible. Still no delivery!! And the customer service department is outsourced to another country and I can barely understand them and they just keep giving the same spoon-fed responses. Waste of money! “My husband had a bouquet of white and pink stargazer lilies delivered to me for Mother's Day, and they showed up on Friday. So they were like 2 or 3 days early and they weren't even opened. They were just like buds and stems and leaves. And it looked awful and there wasn't even any decoration with it, like babys breath or ferns. They did offer a 20% refund. I'm extremely disappointed! If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. I'm telling everyone right now... Do not order from this company!”

We redeliver them tomorrow!" Tomorrow came and went and no flowers were delivered. Stay away from these scammers!”
“They lied about what was sent to my 97 year old mother yesterday on Mother’s Day after several up pricings . I called and informed them that they shorted her a dozen roses. They informed me that I would get a 20$ credit but gave 12.75$. It’s a joke company a joke customer service and anyone who uses them supports thieves. Get ready to file your own review.
