“I have ordered from these people 3 times & they have screwed up twice. This last order was supposed to be same day ordered Thursday, flowers & large box of chocolates. Called late Thursday, oh sorry, will deliver tomorrow. Nope. Called again, gave me a few dollars back said they would come today, Saturday. The flowers arrived around 6pm but NO chocolates. Gave me back the cost of the chocolates but not, taxes, fees or shipping. Go elsewhere - their customer service is outsourced.”
“I paid $77.92 for a Charming Garden of Love bouquet for a 90th Birthday. The flowers I received were not remotely close. 5 roses 5 sprigs of tea flowers and packed with lopsided greenery. I was so hurt and disappointed! They offered me 30% (23.37) return on payment but only received $18.19. Fail. Got to your local grocery's flower department instead.”
“These people are terrible, while they are cheaper than other vendors, they do not have a way to track the flowers correctly. It will show delivered when it’s not delivered. Customer service is horrible. DO NOT USE THEM!!!”

“Do not order from this company! I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and they were delivered 5 days late! I was on the phone with customer service every day. Lots of broken promises. When they were finally delivered they were not as big or as nice as what I chose online. After more phone calls I was able to get a refund but the stress, frustration and annoyance was not worth it! whoever wrote my card did a terrible job that my bf thought it said “corn nuts” when it’s supposed to say congrats. So I had to last minute make a card and toss the original away.
The bouquet online looks full and lots of roses and other flowers but when the recipient received it and took a picture for me to see, I was shocked by how small it was. (I did make sure I selected the option to get the largest bouquet and nothing smaller.). This is seriously false advertisement and I was not happy with what I paid for AND I paid expedite shipping to have it delivered before 12pm only to have it delivered at 3pm..”
“Paid the extra money for the 4 hour delivery, they cancelled that. Then about 6pm I got a email saying they will deliver within 4 days. Absolutely the worst company ever! I ordered these for a specific day and paid extra money to have it delivered on that day! I was even ok with the next day delivery but 4 days! Absolutely ridiculous”
“I made a mistake and forgot to place an order to send my girlfriend flowers at her work for her birthday, so in a panic I searched for same day delivery flower companies and found this place. They advertised an expedited delivery (for an extra fee of course) where your flowers would arrive in four hours after you placed the order, “guaranteed!” Amazing, I thought to myself. My love life is saved! So 8:30 in the morning, I order them, expecting them to show up to her work around 1pm or so, as I didn’t think the four hour guarantee was even that realistic to begin with. They didn’t show up until almost 4:30, right before she was leaving work, and they were in such a sad state! Wilted leaves, a broken stem or two, very dried out. I wouldn’t be surprised if the delivery person picked them up from Albertsons (which is where they were bought, per a sticker on the flowers) and left them in their car all day until 4:30. Oh, and the message I also requested to be sent with the flowers? They didn’t even include it. Complete waste of money and my time”

“This company is horrible!!!!! I’ve tried them 3 times because I understand stuff sometimes happens but 3 strikes you’re out! I refuse to ever do business with them again. First, order they wrote the card to my then girlfriend but put a different girl’s name on it causing a fight and breakup between us. No apology from the company when I told them their mistake. I know I really should had not given them a second try but again I figured accidents happen. So second try, it was Valentine’s Day I ordered a bouquet and vase. The flowers came in a box with no vase. Again called and no apology. I figured one more chance! Today is our anniversary and I paid extra to make sure the flowers arrive this morning to her job so she could enjoy them all day. Flowers never arrived at all today! So she went all day thinking I forgot about our anniversary. I call the company and tell them all of this and absolutely no sympathy at all for any off their 3 mistakes. They just said we can deliver it on Monday. No! Our anniversary is today (Friday)! What will Monday do for me? So they have now ruined 2 relationships for me! So unless you want them to do the same I highly suggest staying away from ordering from this company. Instead order from your local floral shop.”
“Frustrating and terrible experience. I wish I had seen the below reviews prior to using this company. Did not deliver flowers on the same date as requested and paid for. Inferred flowers would be sent first thing the following day, only to find out the recipient did not receive them the following day either. At that point, the delivery address had changed and company can't even provide an eta for delivery”
