“Terrible service. Ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday. Paid a little extra to make sure they were there the next day. No biggie, my fault for waiting! I waited all day and then received an email they were delivered, but unfortunately they were not. My parents even drove around the neighborhood to see if they got the house wrong. Nothing in site. So I called this company and they apologized and said they’d resend them out and they’d be there by Sunday ( next day) perfect! Sunday came and nothing, Monday came and nothing. When I called back to see what is going on, they did not have any “reorder” going out, and said they process it now but it wouldn’t be there until after the new year. ( they were suppose to be delivered the 21st!) I said absolutely not and to refund me. They told me they could not refund me but could give me a 10 dollar ONLINE CREDIT. lol no, not accepting that after I paid over 100 dollars for flowers they weren’t delivered not once but twice.
Called my bank immediately and they disputed the charges.”
“Bouquet delivered wasn’t even close to what was ordered. Ordered a gingerbread house vase (upgraded version) w/ flowers & what was delivered was only a clear vase & flowers after an email said a replacement was needed. Will Never use From You Flowers again-what was delivered was CHEAP!”
“I ordered a Christmas bouquet for My senior citizen schizophrenic sister, living in a nursing home type place to be delivered four days before Christmas. Since I live along ways away and she will be getting no visitors from family, I wanted her to know in the holiday season she wasn’t forgotten. I scheduled for Dec 21st, and was notified on the 21st that the bouquet wasn’t delivered but would be delivered on the 23rd. By noon on the 21st it hadn’t as yet been delivered. On a 50.00 order, which includes delivery, I was refunded 5.00. Terrible service, and the 5.00 hardlybrecompenses dor this lousy service. I will never order from them again.”
“I placed an order online on 12/23/24 at 7:30am. I paid $4.99 for expedited delivery, $2.99 for same day delivery and $15.99 for delivery. My order total was $96.76. My order was supposed to be delivered on 12/23/24 by 12:pm. I received an email at 2:30pm 12/23 which stated,
Unfortunately, our florists in your recipient’s area did not have the item that you requested and has contacted us to see if a substitution of a beautiful florist designed floral arrangement would be acceptable. We will need your permission before we can proceed with the substitution and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Please contact us as soon as possible to advise us as to how you would like to proceed.

So I called the from you flowers and was greeted by a rude customer service rep. who stated not only was the arrangement I selected not available but that anything I selected in it's place could not be delivered today! She did offer my 30% off if I agreed to delivery on 12/26/24. No other solution was offered. I cancelled my order all together and I will NEVER us this service again!”
“The worst florist company ever. I have order multiple times and EVERY time there is either a change to the delivery date(which I charged extra to be delivered on a specific date) or the flower design that I picked out arrived COMPLETELY different. Horrible horrible company. All google reviews are fake the normal customer can't even put a review on there it's all bots.”
“The only reason I gave one star is so I could review. I would give a negative star if possible. I sent what I thought was a lovely gift to a client and it was dead upon arrival. I am disappointed and will never use FTD or this company again and will never recommend.

“I paid $126 to have Christmas flowers delivered to my mom before Christmas. They contacted me via email to say they need to substitute my request which I was ok with. Then the day of delivery (today) 12-23, they contacted me again via email and said they could not deliver my order and the best they could do is 12/26. I called customer service and they explained that no local florists were available to fulfill the order. All this would have been ok if I knew this a few days ago and had time to reorder or do something else for my mom. They should have checked with the local florists when I placed my order to see if it was doable and then contacted me. They offered me a $20 refund for the troubles. I'm very frustrated.”
“Very disappointing. Should not have to receive multiple emails (which I found in spam after the fact) or suspicious voicemail which I could barely understand hence also figured it was a scam, just to get flowers. They cancelled the order due to not knowing how I wanted to proceed and said I’d get full refund to my card. BUT if I don’t see it within 1-3 business days, contact credit card company. Whole experience feels very fishy. Never again.”
“I’m disappointed. The first picture I’ve attached is what I ordered. The second picture is what was received. Not even close and not nearly as nice. The name they gave for the flowers is White Rose Succulent Bouquet. I don’t see a succulent anywhere. I definitely feel ripped off and it wasn’t cheap. I can’t recommend.”

“Paid $100 to have a oh Christmas tree delivered to my father for Christmas instead of getting a premium Christmas tree style arrangement delivered with roses and Christmas colors that I paid extra for he received a centerpiece with lilies and pink flowers and candles I placed three separate orders for three separate deliveries and that one was even remotely the right item and paid over $300 for all three deliveries and when I called customer service, they offered me a 20% discount for not delivering the right flowers no refund only a 20% discount”
