“I ordered beautiful pink Lilies & Roses & got some ugly white carnations, a red rose w/greenery. I called to complain & they will redeliver..but TWO DAYS after my sister's bday! SOO WISH I'd read reviews FIRST!”
“At first customer service was great and accommodating. I paid for same day, all of a sudden they can't do that. How can you say you offer next day delivery and not fulfill it? Then they offer today and refund my delivery fee and increased the bouquet size, ok fine. Then they run out of the bouquet I actually ordered. Now they're saying it's gonna be delayed another day? Just cancelled my order.”

“Very important that my sister get a bouquet of flowers to cheer her up because she starts chemo on Monday, I ordered the flowers on Friday to be delivered on Saturday with a box of chocolates. I called her Sunday and no delivery was made. From you flowers didn't let me know that there was an issue. If I had known I would have called a local florist to deliver arrangement and hoped it was a nice one. Now if anything happens and I don't get the opportunity to let her know she is in my heart and prayers it will be this service that caused it. You need to operate in a smaller market and get that working before expanding.”
“I said I would not leave a review. I figured it would be better if I did. I paid for faster delivery and was told my wife’s 50th birthday flowers were going to be a day late. If I did not push the issue for a refund I would have not received it. The flowers are literally 3 days old and are already dying. My recommendation is to contact a different company. It would not let me add a photo”
“In the last month I placed three different orders every single one of them was wrong I understand it's not going to match the picture 100% but this was like night and day I don't know what kind of floors they use but they're not good don't order from this company.
The first order I specified that it could only be carnations like the picture because my friend was allergic to all other flowers what did they send a whole bouquet of all the flowers that she was allergic to.”

All I get is order received and delivery scheduled with no delivered time. From You Flowers will charge your card and not deliver. At this point, this business is a scam. Google shares some blame in this at having this company a 1st selection for choice of Flowers.

“My husband ordered flowers for me for our wedding anniversary. He paid extra so they would be delivered in the morning. They were never delivered in the morning. I am actually still waiting for the flowers and it is after 7pm now. My husband called early in the afternoon and the company gave him a small refund for the flowers not being delivered as promised this morning. He just called the company again because the flowers have still not been delivered and he asked for a full refund which the rep refused to do and my husband was told the flowers would be delivered tomorrow! “Ordered flowers for a friend after her mother passed away. She sent me a photo of the arrangement and was much smaller and different than one pictured on website. Some of the flowers were wilted. Embarrassed to know she received such an awful arrangement. Was very expensive. For you Flowers should be ashamed. Called them and they would only issue a partial refund. Bad experience all around. Will not order from them again.”
