“We ordered flowers that were supposed to be delivered within three days to a relative's funeral and they never arrived. They tried to "satisfy" me by giving me a $20 off gift certificate, which I declined because I will NEVER buy an arrangement from here again. We spent almost $90 on one arrangement. “The flowers came by UPS. The roses were wrapped in a box with the stems hanging out and you had to put it together yourself. The flowers looked NOTHING like what I ordered and they weren’t delivered on time. The only good thing I can say at that their email customer service was fast. I did end up getting a full refund.”
“I ordered the “Be Happy Bouquet” for $64 & “Take Care Teddy Bear” for $89, super expensive but wanted something cute for my boss’s daughter who is going through a really tough time at the hospital for her surgery. She’s not having it easy, sadly. So we, her friends at work, wanted to send her something cute to let her know we’re thinking of her and since she’s a little cute girl, we wanted to give her more than just flowers, a teddy bear. Unfortunately, something to note is both came in separate deliveries to the hospital… only the flowers made it. The teddy bear says it was delivered but when called to ask if they’ve received the bear, they said they hadn’t. I contacted the company and they said because it says it was delivered they weren’t able to assist me. Please keep that in mind before ordering!! I would never purchase again for it being a super expensive bear and the patient at the hospital never receiving it. I was super bummed about it.”

“Terrible....I ordered flowers candy and a bear to be delivered before 12 to my wife at work as a surprise for our 6 year wedding anniversary. They called my wife to tell her they were running late and tried to get her to stay at work which not only ruined the surprise but defeated the whole purpose. I will never use them again. They did a partial refund but my wife and I only get 1 anniversary each year they really messed this one up.”

Yesterday the spray I ordered for my mother's service was absolutely beautiful 100% like the picture, and everyone commented on it! I MEAN GORGEOUS!! So needless to say I was thrilled. “They ruined my plans for my girlfriend's birthday by failing to deliver the bouquet of flowers and other gifts I ordered. I placed my order one week in advance to be delivered to her workplace. I made a special note that they deliver before 3 pm. I called, and they said it was okay. But they did not deliver until around 5 pm that day when I got a call from the florist. I told them I had to change to a home address because my girlfriend had left her workplace by then, and they said that was okay, but they still never delivered to her home. It was a horrrible experience and I will never recommend their service to anyone. I eventually got a refund, but they ruined my birthday plans for her. No amount of refund can make up for such a disappointment!”

“I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered an arrangement with 18 roses, their premium arrangement. They were for my mother's birthday. The flowers arrived, packed very tightly in the box. Some were wilted and others were either broken or crushed. They gave me a full refund, okay, that part is okay. They offered to send a replacement arrangement. That arrangement was worse than the first arrangement. I will NEVER use From You Flowers again. I do not recommend that anyone orders from them. Absolutely horrible experience!”
“100% DO NOT RECCOMMEND! Received a email stating the company didn't have the flowers in stock to complete the order and will be substituting them.. Fine no Biggy!
Then received another one the morning the flowers were supposed to be delivered stating they never heard back from me and wont fill the order until they do.. NOWHERE on the original email did it say I needed to confirm this.
When I called the guy (who barely spoke English) said they would push the order through for the normal early delivery (Which I already paid extra for)
THEN Got another email stating they wouldn't make it in the window I requested. (business hours) So I called and stated these were going to a business and he basically said OH WELL!
I ultimately had to cancel the order and rush over to a local florist and have them make me an arraignment last min..
So unprofessional and horrible customer service!”
