“This company is a joke! I ordered a bulb spring basket for my daughter. It was suppose to contain 6 tulips bulbs, 6 daffodils, 6 hyacinth bulbs and grape hyacinths. I was so embarrassed only flowers that bloomed were 3 tulips and a couple tiny grape hyacinth as filler.”

I spoke to customer service and they are only refunding me 30%. Oh and to make it worse there are brown spots on the plant. Which means bugs/pest/mites. “Scam!! Had these sent to my mom in Florida for Mother’s Day. They shipped from Texas in a UPS box and were dead with petals falling off when opened. Called customer service and they tried to tell me they were not dead and just needed a few days to bloom. I said no I have picture proof. Never ordering from them again, waste of money and embarrassing!!”

It didn't hardly have flowers nor the one in the picture. They didn't attach the I love you balloon nor the card I asked for. This company ruined one of the most important days Mothers Day for my mom.
I am getting a refund, but what matters more is my mom special day won't be as bright without her flowers. For what i spent i could do better getting everything from pubix. Shame on this company. Me as a owner would at least send the client a small arrangement to compensate for there hugh mistake but nope. Oh yeah when they came to deliver the small arrangement they didn't bother even ringing the door. I'm glad I caught them on the camera or else id be screwed even more.

Totally false advertising and just stealing your money! Photos included show what I thought I was ordering and paying for versus the actual sad looking item that was delivered! “What they advertise online is not what they give you. I ordered their Deluxe flowers with a box of chocolates and got a bouquet that was half the size of what was on their website and a cheap looking bag of chocolate haphazardly tied to the vase.
They gave me a full refund, but this is the second time this company has messed up my order. Won’t be using them anymore.”
