Ordered flowers 3 days ahead. Paid extra for before noon delivery. I tried to be nice and say next day would be ok. This is to an office. They delivered at 5:30. After telling me they would deliver the next day. There was no one at the office at that time.

Worst flower order experience ever. Didn’t deliver when promised or 3 days later when they rescheduled the delivery. Event was over and everyone was disappointed. Never Again with this company. Pay a little more and get better, competent service.

I would never order from this company, I ordered a Fruit basket for a friend that had surgery. I looked at many companies but this company said it could be delivered the same day. Their advertising in false. I waited the whole day and it was never delivered. I contacted them the next day and advised it was not delivered and there was an expedited fee. They refunded the fee and advised they scheduled the delivery for as soon as possible. I contacted them again on Saturday night and they said they would investigate the situation and get back to me. I wrote them on Sunday and advised 2 days had passed without delivery. I did not receive a response as to any type of immediate action they would take or try to get it delivered. I wrote them again today (Monday) and advised if it was not going to be delivered then to cancel and refund my monies. I am appalled at their lack of communication or any urgency to try to determine the issue or send another basked ASAP. I purposely chose them due to them advertising Same day delivery. Horrible communication and service.

Flowers were paid to be delivered on Valentine's Day 2/14 as a surprise. They delivered it on the 13th. After I notified them, they said I was wrong and that it was delivered on the correct date. I showed them screenshot proof of the wrong delivery date, and their response was basically "oh sorry, yeah sometimes we deliver earlier in case of bad weather." No refund, no credit, no nothing.

I hate that I have to even rate them with a 1! By far the worst experience!!! I ordered flowers at alittle after 10 this morning. 2 bouquets to be sent to my daughter in law at her place of work for her birthday. I paid extra to have them delivered within 4 hours. 6 hours later I get a snail stating that the local florist could not deliver!! They offered everything but a refund. I was so frustrated I could barely speak. They tried to tell me that they would be delivered on the 19th…ummm NOOOOO!!! Her birthday was today!!! I demanded a refund…in a not very nice tone!! I was finally told they would process my refund and I would get an email within the next few minutes confirming it. No email arrived!!! I waited for a few hours thinking maybe the email just hadn’t came through yet….still no email!! I called again! This rep was even worse. I could hardly understand him!!! Come to find out the first rep didn’t even cancel the order!!! I demanded an email cancellation confirmation multiple times only to be offered a refund on one bouquet!! I demanded an email once again and threatened to contact the BBB (which is going to happen) and to call my credit card company (which has been done). He finally sends me two emails…of my freaking order…not a cancellation!!!!! I was livid by that point!!! He assured me that I would receive a refund within 1-3 business days. I hung up and called my cc company. Unfortunately they can’t go after them until the charges actually go through. As it is a Saturday…they are currently pending. I checked my cc once again just a little while ago and they have made another charge on my card!!! This needs to be shut down!!! Thief’s!!!

I tried to order a bouquet of flowers for my Aunt and Uncles 50th wedding anniversary. Wanted to change/add flowers to .ake the arrangement like their wedding flowers. After 4 days and several live agent chats 2 phone calls a cancelled order. The arrangement (The Bursting Yellow Bouquet) the flowers received were a complete disappointment. They did not look anything like the image on the website. It was neither Bursting Yellow or Premium. The flowers described on the website had Yellow Roses, Yellow Gerber Daisies, Yellow Carnations and Yellow Alstromeria. The arrangement received Did not have Roses or Gerber Daisies. When I complained they offered to resend the order offered me a discount. They connected me with a manager who again offered to resend the order. My Family were leaving town so that wasn't an option. So my only other option was 50% off of the flowers ticket price. Not the total order. Good luck trying to do special orders or having the flowers from their website looking like the flowers your recipient receives. Very Unhappy Customer.

I'm from Costa Rica. I purchased fromyouflowers.com an order for my girlfriend on 2/15/24 for Valentine's day. I selected the Deluxe bouquet with 3 ballons, big teddy bear, big box of chocolates and a V-day's card. All to a total of $155. My gf received the order on 2/16/24. The condition and quality of the order was horrible. The bouquet had barely 4 roses and a couple other random flowers, it came with only 1 DEFLATED balloon when I paid for 3 and it didn't even come with the V-days card. The flowers did not look fresh and somewhat deteriorated, soggy and had dark edges. I immediatly request to chat with this vendor to request a full refund to my original payment method, only be offered a 30% refund. I escalated this with their supervisor and after being transfered multiple times, I was ensured a full refund in the next 3 business days. Next day 2/17/24, I receive an email saying "Thank you for your recent order. Please accept our apologies, as we were notified by our credit card processing company that your banking institution is unable to process the refund offered on your order successfully. Typically this is caused by the card linked to the account being lost or stolen. Therefore, we will be issuing you a gift certificate for 155.18 dollars to equal the amount of the refund offered on your order. You should receive this gift certificate via email in 1-3 business days." I called my bank, the transaction was on hold and they said the only ones who had the authority to cancel or refund at the moment is fromyouflowers.com. I chatted again with them to only be given a bunch of excuses for hours and no resolution but a gift card or a check in the mail that are useless to me as I do not reside in the USA. This business is a complete fraud and full of false advertising, DO NOT BE FOOLED by their wesite. Horrible customer service and complete scam. I will file a claim with the fraud department from my bank once the payment goes through and I will make sure to report these people in all social media platforms and consumer websites so this business does not continue to operate freely without any consequences.

Ordered flowers for my wife on Valentine’s Day, no flowers. Wrote the company and they said they were investigating and would get back to me. Still no flowers, still no call but they had no problem taking my money. I would not order flowers from this company, I usually order from 1800flowers, thought I would give this company a shot. Non existent customer service

Ordered flowers for my mom on her anniversary, as my dad has passed away. No delivery on the designated date. I called and spoke with someone in what seemed to be a call center in india. Delivery was guaranteed for the next day. Still no flowers. I'm so upset I couldn't maintain my dad's loving tradition to my mom.

I received a call at 9:00pm the night before the funeral to tell me the flowers were not delivered. I was offered a 30% refund and delivery 3 days later. Absurd! After 15 minutes of deliberation I received a full refund. Just a terrible business practice.

HORRIBLE experience with this company. They should be shut down. My boyfriend ordered flowers over the summer for me as a surprise never showed up. Called and complained and they showed up two days later. He ordered flowers on the 12th to be delivered on the 13th. Never showed up to this day. YET says they delivered them. Do not recommend AT ALL. We. will use a more reliable company.

They are the most unreliable floral delivery company I have ever dealt with I received an email on Valentine's Day that the flowers I ordered for my mother were delivered when they were never delivered I called on that day the next day and the day after to find out when the flowers would be delivered and never really received a reply only to be told oh they're going to be redelivered when they were never delivered to begin with. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could write my review and give them a zero that's what it would be

I bought flowers for same day delivery. They were for a death. It’s 3 days later and they still are not delivered. Customer service apologized profusely and stated that they would be delivered by 6 pm tonight. I’ve called twice, only to be told that a local florist couldn’t deliver. Very disappointing. I could have delivered them myself by now.

This is by far the worse place to order flowers. I will never order or recommend anyone to purchase from here. I ordered roses and balloons for my grandmother for her birthday she never received them. They emailed me stating they will send the flowers a week later absolutely not refund my coins thanks but no thanks never again please don’t waste your time with these ppl

My experience with FromYouFlowers was utterly disappointing. I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law and my mother on January 15th, with delivery dates scheduled for February 9th and February 14th, respectively. However, what arrived fell far short of expectations. The flowers for my mother-in-law bore no resemblance to the picture advertised; they were wilted and already dying. Despite assurances of a replacement, we are still waiting for the promised fresh bouquet. As for my mother's flowers, they failed to arrive on Valentine's Day as requested. After numerous discussions with the company, they were finally delivered today. However, the so-called "upgraded" bouquet, promised for their failure to provide when requested, was a mere disappointment – consisting of just five small sunflowers, for which I paid $70. This was far from what was promised or expected, especially given the delay. In hindsight, I regret not being able to give them a rating of 0. I will never consider purchasing from them again.
