Zero stars! I’m typing this review as I wait on eternal hold for a supervisor. Flowers were ordered Monday. As of today Thursday the flowers have still yet to deliver! Everyday my husband is told tmrw. Sup finally answered advised yet again delivery tmrw. Now 4 days after guaranteed delivery. Unbelievably disappointed. Our first Christmas as husband and wife and no flowers to commemorate.

The delivery was 2 days late and then just left on the front porch so no one knew it was there for 2 more days. There was no note to the recipient apologizing for the delay, as promised. My order wasn’t upgraded to a “fuller size,” as promised as a way of apologizing for the delay. What was delivered was NOTHING like what I ordered.

If you can't delivery flowers on the guaranteed delivery date, then do not promise that date. This was my last time ordering from this company. My rating is a 0 but they the lowest star was a 1.

I tried to leave zero stars but not possible. What a disappointment. Do not use this company. It will not deliver on time. Two days later still waiting for a “same day” delivery. Of course it cost extra. When it’s really important DO NOT USE this company. Call a local florist or 1-800-flowers

I ordered flowers and chocolates on 12/17/24 to be delivered on 12/23/24 and paid extra for delivery and here it is 12/26/24 and still no delivery their response is they will tell florist to deliver as soon as possible, not first delivery to this address in Brooklyn NY, incompetence at its finest.
