“ My delivery never came to the place, I asked if they did delivery same day and they said yes. A family member funeral was yesterday, the ceremony/service at church at 4pm. The next day today someone call me to ask if they can do the delivery. I’m so upset trusting this business ”

Manager told me on 2/15 that delivered address was too far from the flower shop to be delivered. Even tho tracking showed out for delivery all day. Very disappointing. Customer service was rude and hang up on me when I told her taking someone money and not delivering is bad business practices. ”

“ Misleading website where delivery address was given, same-day delivery promised snd and a premium paid for a morning delivery slot, then once the order was paid and confirmed the delivery date was changed. In following up, the company simply said that same day delivery was only in London. Suggest avoiding. ”
