Flowers pictured had Easter eggs in the bottom of the vase. That’s the only reason I chose that arrangement. Sure they offered me a refund — 13 bucks on an overpriced $60 order. Very disappointed.

Not only did I pay for expedited shipping that didn’t get there timely, my order was wrong, and many of the flowers were wilted. Definitely got a refund, but that will take days to process. They won’t tell you which local shop screwed up the order. I’m pretty sure there’s only one guy that works at this company; I swear I’ve talked to him three times on this order.

Their Tropical Bliss is a Tropical Miss. The web pic is a very nice tropical display, but what gets delivered is the impression of tropicals using domestics like roses and mums. Some of the arrangement had started to brown on the edges. They offered a 20% refund which speaks volumes to their customer service. Don't bother.

Awful product. I ordered peonies. They were delivered in bud form. But the stems, leaves, and buds were bone dry. There was no water or moisture. I tried to revive them several different ways. I have done this many times. I asked for a refund. They gave me back only $30.00. I will never again use this company

I am very disappointed with their service. Ordered delivery of flowers to hotel and paid for same day delivery. They didn't managed to deliver and the only solution was apologize and refund.
Will not recommend.

The flower arrangement arrived and was beautiful. It arrived in a timely manner. However —- I also ordered to with 3 ballon’s and a box of chocolates which did not arrive and did not accompany the flowers as they should have. Awaiting a refund for the undelivered items.

Ordered memorial flowers, florists arrangement, extra $ for early delivery, to a place they have delivered to before. Next day they sent an email saying they can't deliver. Called and was told 'there's no one who can deliver to that address', an address they have on file and have delivered to before.
Had to request the refund.
